“Five Star all the way!”

My stay at the Renaissance Richardson Hotel was Great. The room was big and spacious. And extremely clean. Everything was in High Quality. Room service was nice and friendly. Food was Great! I would definetly go back.

“Great hotel!”

Upscale hotel in the North Dallas/Plano area. The rooms are very modern and comfortable and feature a good size desk. The front desk is very responsive --- my remote was on the blink and they sent someone to replace it within five minutes of my call. I ate at the bar and food was very good. The fitness center is well equipped as well. All in all a very pleasant experience.

“Great choice.”

Stayed in this hotel for the Cotton Bowl. The rail transit system is right out the back door. Service was excellent. The gift shop was out of newspapers so they offered to drive me around Richardson to find a gas station with a newspaper. The drawbacks are that breakfast wasn't included and parking isn't free.

“Excellent Hotel”

We evacuated from Louisiana to Dallas because of Hurricane Gustav and was very impressed with the hotel. We used the DART rail to take the kids to the Dallas ZOO. This is a good place if you have pets.

Each staff member was friendly, the lobby restarents were great and the room was so relaxing. You did have to pay for parking.

We stayed here on our way to Arkansas from Houston and had a wonderful time. The rooms were clean, the beds were plush and the indoor pool was agreat way to start the day. Will stay at again

“Richardson's Best Hotel”

The room is very clean and the view is good. The restaurant in the hotel is also good. I really enjoy my stays in Renaissance Richardson Hotel.

“Wonderfully Helpful Staff”

Great service. If I had to pick one main reason why my stay was rated as a 5, it was due to the staff going out of their way to help me. I won't go into detail about everything else (i.e. food service, upkeep, etc.) as they were just as good as any comparable hotel. However, as an example of the staff's service, I asked one staff member where the fitness center was. Instead of telling me how to get there, he walked me to the fitness center and then showed me around. Additionally, he went on to describe where other fitness centers (i.e. 24 Hour) located near the hotel. (By the way, the fitness center was good enough that I could do a full workout of weights and cardio) I would highly recommend this hotel to any of my colleagues, friends, and even family.

“Phenomenal Hotel”

The hotel was beautiful, the staff very friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious. We stayed here for New Years and it couldn't have been a better place to stay.
