Surprisingly quiet area. Overall this was a gently worn hotel. Carpet was pulled up by the elevator and patched work on the walls hadn't been painted. What dropped my rating was we had to pay for parking at the hotel and wasn't aware we had to pay for wifi. So was surprised we were charged twice to that. There were no brochures telling us we had to pay for those "extras".

Facilities need to be renovated. Moldy smell in the room, shower curtain was dirty, bathroom vent was very dirty and bug was in the sink. Front desk was very apologetic and offered reward points. Think if upgrades completed hotel would be on par with others in the area.

The location was good and it was close to the stadium which we liked. They didn’t offer any kind of shuttle service to the stadium or have anyone on site offering rides (for an additional fee) to the stadium. On top on that they charged $10 per day for parking! The bedsheets had hair on them and they both stains on them. When we pulled the sheets back there was a cockroach! This happened in both beds!! One of the toilets would leak every time you flushed it. You could hear people running above you and outside your door all hours. The lighting was awful. It was so dark in the bathroom area I could barely see to do my makeup and I kept having to go to the window to see. I would NOT stay here again and I would NOT recommend this place!

Overall, the staff was outstanding. They were working on the pool, so it was kind of messy conditions outside. I’m certain that once they finished, everything would be in excellent condition.

We did online check in way before we arrived and set it for 4p checkin. When we arrived at 330 we had to stand in a long line to be told there was no room available and it would be 30-40 minutes and they would call me when room was ready. After waiting an hour & 15 min I stood in another very long line and the desk mgr even said that he had rooms ready and it was just a matter of making it up to the front of the line—so no phone call that room was ready & had to wait in line again. We were unable to check into our room for 1 1/2 hrs after our check in time we picked and the website says check in is after 3, it was 530 pm before we got keys to our room. This put our previously scheduled plans behind and started our trip off on the wrong foot. It was very frustrating and disappointing. No check in gift, they had a sign for cocoa and cookies but the table was in shambles and empty. There is NO reason why only 1 staff should have been handling a NFL game day by himself. Manolo gamez was very friendly, but understaffed.

We stayed here for a football game with 1 adult and 3 teenagers. It was a typical Residence Inn. I like the fact that they have 2 room suites when traveling with teenagers. The room was clean and the bed was firm but comfortable. The staff was polite and courteous. Breakfast was your typical hotel fare - eggs, sausage, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, waffle, coffee, juice. It is conveniently located to the stadiums and six flags and there are plenty of restaurant choices a short car ride away. We would stay here again.

The room was adequate. I could hear every footstep of the people overhead. I was there for a week, so it got a bit tiresome. The staff were very nice. I did miss a delivery of a FedEx package due to no one being at the front desk when it arrived. It was delivered the next day but it was late getting to my boss. Also I am all for being eco friendly. I did not like that no one came in to pick up the garbage and that I had to leave it outside my door. And I would have liked a change of towels once during the week. As a disabled person, I appreciated the walk in shower. However I didn't feel very safe walking out with the floors not having anything steadying/non slippery. There was one bath mat.sheet but that got wet and was small. I would have appreciated some non slip stickers in the shower and just outside it for safety.

Requested housekeeping each day I stayed. Never cleaned room nor changed linen nor replaced laundry. Sunday room was flooded when sprinkle system blasted room with room causing me to be awaken at 4:40 AM. Had to pack and get another room ! Horrible experience. Want refund for entire stay. Will not go back. Writing corporate and requesting considerations for inconvenience.

We really enjoyed our stay! Reserved a 2br suite and was pleasantly surprised it was more like an apartment. Rooms are separated by the living room which was nice and never heard a peep coming from the hallway. Cute breakfast setup in the morning with plenty of healthy options. A+

The staff was amazing the rooms are nice and big the only thing that only thing is the continental breakfast was not good at all the egg and sausage were always cold and they only had one waffle machine and it wasn’t always working so we had to go have breakfast outside of the hotel the rest of the days. But over all good stay.
