“The Residence Inn is the best!!”

We just happened upon staying at the Residence Inn once and have fallen in love with it. They are the best hotels I've stayed in. The rooms are great, I love having the kitchen. It makes our trips much less expensive!! The breakfasts they have are excellent. Anytime we go on a trip, the Residence Inn is the first thing I look for.

“Good service, great rooms.”

This hotel was clean and very comfortable. I happened to stay when it was cold outside, but in warm weather there is a nice outdoor pool and sports court. This hotel is out of the way, but you are close to 114 so you can be at resteraunts and shops in about 10 minutes.

“Great value, friendly staff, very accomodating!”

I had booked another reservation with another hotel nearby for the labor day weekend. I needed an early check in and the clerk at the other hotel was completely rude and wouldn't allow me an early check in at all. Not even 15 minutes early! Since I could cancel that reservation, I did and went straight to Residence Inn where the friendly desk clerk reserved me a room–with an early check-in–right away. Customer service and friendliness goes a long way! Stayed in a suite. It was roomy and comfortable and perfect. I will never go back to the "other" hotel. Ever. Residence Inn even beat their price by $10 per night! "I'll be back!"

“Great Staff and great place to stay in DFW....”

Very convenient to the airport and the staff could not do enough to keep us happy. When we arrived our shuttle driver dropped us to front desk to check in and then was able to use the van to take us to a restaurant near the hotel (they will drive you any restaurant within 5 miles). Hard Eight BBQ was her recommendation. It did not fall short. When we were leaving the hotel for the airport to catch a 6 AM flight, they arranged to take us even though the shuttle didn't start running until 7 AM. Can't say enough about the stay and convenience of the hotel as well as the care of all of the staff.

“Suites are great!”

This room was a tad smaller, than the previous room we stayed at (same hotel). But having the full fridge and stove was great! What a way to save on $ by cooking your own meals.

“Great for travelers”

We stayed for a week and it was great. We had the opportunity to talk with the staff and interact with other guest. Aside from the hot tub not working everything else was great.

“One night stay”

The room was spacious and clean. The bedding and towels were clean and abundant. There is fee breakfast, free internet, and a small gym, all I really needed for a one night stay. They also have an outdoor pool but in January it was too cold for it. Even though breakfast does not start until 7AM, the breakfast lady was there much,much earlier than that preparing coffee, bagels, bread, some fruit, etc and so even though I had to leave before breakfast, I was able to have coffee and some of the food while I was searching the internet. The only thing that was not convenient for me was the location. The hotel is centrally located but not in reference to eateries. There is nothing within walking distance, so not having a car I could not go out to eat upon my arrival.

“Great hotel but we were robbed!”

We were very pleased to easily find this hotel near the DFW Airport with great rates, clean rooms and plenty of space for our family of 6. We commented on the nice area (it's in a business park, no other retail or residences nearby - just businesses), well lit parking lot and speedy check in. The complimentary breakfast buffet was hearty and satisfying. Unfortunately, our rental car and 4 others were broken into overnight and we incurred thousands of dollars in damage and stolen property. If you stay here, bring everything valuable inside!

“NO TENNIS COURT”

Ok, hotel wasn't bad. Easy to get to, close to grapevine mall and basspro, DFW. Clean comfy spacious room. Great breakfast. But ad said "tennis court" and it does't remotely have a tennis court. The sport court thing was barely enough room for 2 ping pong tables much less tennis.
