Great Deal

This was a great deal. Location is excellent and the hotel was really good. Staff was nice and the best of all was the breakfast buffet family enjoyed it! I recommend this location.

Nice Hotel, Great Staff, Great Breakfast!

Pros: The staff was really supportive and cordial...genuinely engaging, not superficial.
Cons: Give attention to detail in cleaning.
Location: There were lots of eateries.
Very nice stay, super soft bed, spacious with a very nice staff. Attention to detail needed in kitchen (i.e. refrigerator, and island counter floor support.) Note stain on arm chair in sitting area, and floor around base of toilet.

Beware the pet fee

Awful surprise of "$100 non-refundable deposit" (meaning you don't get it back; it's a fee) PER PET!! There is no indication of this during the reservation process. I'm happy to pay a reasonable pet fee. But $100 is too much. Also the hotel is right under the DFW airport landing pattern. Rooms are nice though.

Great hotel

My fiance and I were beyond pleased with our room and the hotel all together. We would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone!

Nice Hotel, Isolated from the hustle and bustle

Pros: As with all Residence Inn suites, the room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was great! A lot a item to select from.
Cons: Most of the furniture was old and worn, the carpet in the hallway didn’t look good, and there was not a good choice of quality television channels to
Location: The Residence Inn was in a quite location where there was not very much happenings.
Pleasant experience, the hotel staff members at our check-in and check-out were very professional.

Small bed, good hotel

Got the studio room with queen bed but it was the smallest "queen" bed I've ever slept in! Otherwise good room. Lots of pets staying here with what seem to be residents. Good hotel for the $69 I paid on a sale.

Stay with Marriot

Pros: Plenty of room and the refrigerator for food and drinks.
Cons: My plane was delayed and they were unable to pick me up at the airport because they stop the shuttle at 10:00PM. Cost $26 for a Taxi.
Location: Right by the airport.
Great experience, nice facility. They were able to shuttle me to the FULL service Marriot each day.

Cons: Replenish the coffee and the microwave popcorn in the room.
We had a great stay. Clean and quiet. One negative comment (really picky, I know): when the cleaning staff cleaned our room, they did not replenish the coffee in our room.
