remodelling hassle

Your website should have mentioned the inconvenience of the hotel's chaos caused by a major renovation. We were fortunate to have one of the remodeled rooms, and the roll-in shower was terrific for my mom and sister who were both in wheelchairs. But the inconveniences with parking, registration, breakfast made things quite difficult. Prospective guests should be warned.

Fairly minor complaints

Pros: location quick access to and from major freeway (which is what makes the hotel entrance/exit difficult at times.)

The most striking thing was that two of the chairs in the living area of the suite were very obviously worn and damaged to the point of being appropriate only for a flophouse type establishment. Second, and probably more important, the TV was so old that it couldn't display HD, or, apparently, any digital content. And we were completely unable to access any pay-per-view content. The written instructions said to hit the "Menu" button on the remote, but the old simplistic remote had no Menu button. And the Setup button didn't work at all. The final complaint is that the hotel has closed off the back entrance (vehicle) to the grounds. The only entrance is just off a complex, busy, and high speed intersection, which can be quite tricky at some times of the day.

Little noisy as near expressway but we had a room in rear of hotel so wasn't too bad, mattress needed replacing as had dip in middle otherwise this was a good place to stay. They had good breakfast and staff was very pleasant. Looked like our room had been updated recently so overall look of hotel seemed ok. Would recommend to others.

Good for couples

Rooms are clean and clean not as spacious but great for this price deal. Not friendly for walkers, very best lane is high speed highlane and if you get room with facing that thn it's unbearably noisy 24/7 so avoid that in advance. Reception is very friendly and make you feel like home. Breakfast is average as it's always the same atleast 90% dishes are same. Near to malls like Galleria and Parkland. Far from airport around $70 you need to shed from pocket. Overall it's a great hotel and satisfactory stay specially at this this price because it's just like your home room. Special thanks to front desk, they are awesomely friendly.

Needs some TLC

I have stayed at this property many times. Nothing very memorable about any of my stays until this last stay. This stay I encounter a dirty room, areas visible in the kitchen where food had been spilled and not cleaned from the previous guest. The furniture in the room has begun to really show its age. Desk chair looked like it should have been thrown away a year ago. Areas worn through, rips in seat cushion. The cleanliness and quality of the room is something I would expect at lesser hotel chain. I'll be staying elsewhere until serious renovations are made at this property. Not worth the added expense.

close to express way

The room was clean, bed extremely comfortable. The noise level was quiet as we were next to the interstate. The hotel was remodeling the outer siding, can't wait to see it finished. Will stay there again.
