No hair dryer. Had to ask.
No iron/ironing board. Had to ask.
No hangers
Floor of tub was black. Needed scrubbing.
Bathroom door off center. Didn’t stay shut.
Most convenience outlets loose. Needed to jiggle to jiggle plug to energize.
Grounds poorly maintained.
Housekeeping came to room only twice for a one-week stay. 2nd time just knocked and asked if I needed anything. Did not freshen room.
Room quality/condition way below Marriott standard.
One day hot breakfast was good. All cooked in-house. Next day hot breakfast was all prepackaged items warmed up. Next day a mix if both.

Our room finally got serviced the day before we left we sfayed 4 nights. The bafhroom smelled like urine. The pull out sofa sleeper had an old mattress super uncomfortable. Front desk staff was super friendly and helpful that was the best part of the stay.

I loved that the rooms have its own space but I do suggest better cleaning techniques when it comes to linen and dishes etc..

Unpleasantly surprised
I have stayed at many residence inn’s in different city and states it this was probably the worst stay. Our room had mold on the bathroom ceiling, floors were pitted, warped, and creaking. This property could benefit from some serious maintenance.

The room was old and smelled musty. We only had three pillows on the bed. You could feel the springs in the mattress. There needs to be multiple upgrades. There was a spread and not a comforter on the bed. The sheets were thin. The pillows were of poor quality.

Long three weeks
I had two issues:1) only one dryer working 4 others broken. Always had to wait to get clothes done. 2) dogs barking all the time difficult to study!
Everything else was good.
Outstanding breakfast! And I don’t say that lightly. I booked a PH with loft upstairs and a fireplace down that we absolutely loved using to roast marshmallows and make s’mores and drink hot chocolate. The dishes were pretty dirty but overall very happy with the service and hotel.
Microwave was dirty and upstairs shower had hair all over it. The Wi-Fi wasn’t connected to the TV so no apps would work and they couldn’t fix it the 3 days I was there. The place didn’t look like the pictures and was outdated and very worn. The only thing was the bed was super comfortable I loved the bed.
Some parts of the room were in some disrepair. Limited housekeeping meant we had to hang towels. There wasn’t much in the way of hooks or racks to dry towels. Place smelled moldy.
Roaches. Not the small ones either. Big enough to carry a wallet. Start rating is much too high.

Would definitely stay here again close to great food places , very nice area. The staff was amazing especially the front desk receptionist MAYLENE BEZAN!! Her service and hospitality was above and beyond!!
