Clean and comfortable. Breakfast matches our expectation. Laundry was OK but required lots of quarter coins. Nice area but you need to drive to get anything so no advantage to stay there. Overall, it was good and comfortable.

There wasn’t one thing that I thought needed to be better. We enjoyed our stay during such a busy weekend, Texas Grand Nationals. If we ever come back we will definitely be staying here again!! One of our favorite was the buffet of FREE breakfast. And of course the pool/hot tub being open even in March, kids loved it.

We had a good stay. The hotel is clean and staff are nice. The only issue we had was when I requested extra pillows it took them a day and 3x request for them to bring to the room. Other than that we had a pleasant stay.

Overall good
Had a very easy check in, the room was great. Had a modern TV with even Netflix. Bed and pillows were comfy. Bathroom could use an update and a better clean in the shower but overall still would give it a good review. Loved the products offered and the rest of the hotel was very kept.

I live in the city The Colony, the Residence Inn in this area is very close to my house. During the thanksgiving holiday, I had guests coming to visit and need more living space. So I arrange them to live in the Residence Inn, they are very satisfied.

Wasn’t what I was expecting. I paid almost $1,000 to be here for a WEEK and to me it was NOT worth it!!! I picked this out of all the others because it said renovated and it wasn’t renovated recently!!! The bathroom was SO SMALL I could barely close the door. The rooms were so outdated! The only great thing was the view and staff. I asked for pillows several times and I never got them! I asked for trash bags idk how many times and NEVER GOT THEM! I had to go buy my own trash bags and go get my own pillows and covers because we never got them. The breakfast was horrible and whatever they put out at 6 is the same food hours later! I have video of how hard my food was! Some days they didn’t even have creamer or meat for breakfast. I was there for a WEEK and not one time did our room get cleaned. They gave us towels but never cleaned even after asking. And after asking again they said they would come and guess what? You guessed it! They never came! The only other good thing was the stove…. The staff tried to help but other than that this place was a HUGE disappointment and wasn’t worth the money. Oh and having access to YouTube did help a lot and WiFi was good.

The room was amazing, however, we had a little bit of problems. When we asked to stay a another night with the hotel staff. They told us we would have to check out and check back then. Which seemed extremely odd to me.
