“Would stay again!”

This hotel is the nicest hotel of it's kind in the Richardson area. We have stayed at 2 other suite like hotels within a mile of Residence Inn and the facilities were not up to standards. We were very pleased and comfortable with our stay. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to see our daughter at UTD. While the breakfast buffet was good, it would have been nice to have meat products.

“An expensive cheap apartment”

In general, this hotel was okay. The facilities were reasonably well kept, the breakfast was satisfactory but not great, and the neighborhood was quiet. I had a few quibbles with it, though. For one, when I first walked in, my room smelled like a cheap apartment. I don't think it was old smoke residue I was smelling, but it wasn't great. The other annoyance was that the pool and spa were closed, presumably for the season (My stay was in early November). I could see closing the pool, but the spa should remain open year round. It was likely closed for financial reasons.
