The outside of the property is poorly maintained. There were people just hanging around at all hours of the night which felt unsafe.

My family and I stayed here recently and it was the best extended stay hotel we have stayed at. We stayed in the two bedroom and there was plenty of space for me, my husband and children. I was pleasantly surprised by the fully stocked kitchen.

This hotel was very nice inexpensive, hotel staff was very welcoming. I will definitely be coming back and staying there.

Office staff was incredibly rude. The condition of the building A was abysmal and smelled awful. There were young children running up and down the halls unsupervised and screaming loudly.

The staff was very kind but the property had a bunch of cigarettes outside the door. We did not receive any blankets for the pullout bed and the hall was very loud with barking dogs all hours of the night. The maid service knocked on our door at 8:45 and when we answered the door there was noone there and the maid walked down the halI. Very weird. It was okay for the cost just a little disappointing

Front desk staff provided excellent customer service.
Breakfast rules are uncomplimentary. YOU MUST SIT AND EAT IN THE KITCHEN. NOT ALLOWED TO EAT IN YOUR ROOM WITH KIDS AND SPOUSE. VERY UNACCOMDATING. NOT ALLOWED TO WALK AWAY WITH NOTHING TO YOUR ROOM. This is my first experience with any hotel. We checked out early and went to another hotel.

I didn't like the fact that when I asked for clean sheets I was told they only changed the sheets every 7 days and then I was asked to leave after traveling over 4 hours and I felt threatened by the Gm and the assistant manager.
The property was nice. I would have enjoyed staying there; however, they overbooked and cancelled my room. I was not notified by Hotels.com nor Sonesta. Poor communication. Mffamily and I were very dispessed with having

Deluxe bedroom was really a small apartment, with dishes, pots and ready to use kitchen. Extremely clean! Comfortable and close to lots of restaurants and cotsco locations, 10 minutes from attractions.
