Excellent hotel. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. I had a great time there. Was about to request an uber car to get to dinner, but instead took advantage of the hotels chauffeur to get to dinner. Very pleasant and nice ride. Would definitely stay here again.

Good hotel, not great

Posted Dec 8, 2014
Check in was a little wierd, individual that checked us in was preoccupied and no one offered to take our bags upstairs. Room service was 24hr which was nice but the soup we ordered was cold and the French fries were barely cooked. We should have ordered off the Nobu menu. The room itself was very nice, toiletries in the bathroom were good, but the overall quality of the hotel experience left a bit to be desired. Location is great too. Checkout was simple and painless, the individual who checked us out was very courteous and helped us out, as did the door men.

Thanksgiving weekend 2014

Posted Dec 2, 2014
Pros: The character and look of the hotel.
Cons: Limited on restaurants, small bar in lobby.
Location: Centrally located to downtown Dallas and the West Village.
The Rosewood Crescent is a nice hotel, that is centrally located to downtown Dallas, the West Village, and many restaurants. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with the claim of having the most "marble" anywhere. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. Our room was spacious and clean.

Good location. Outdated rooms.

Pros: Nice staff. Convenient location.
Overall hotel condition is good but rooms need some serous remodeling. For the 5 start hotel you expect more.

Nice room but the "balcony" was not actually a balcony. I could not even step out onto it. However the property is beautiful!

Felt like staying in a classic NY hotel. Room service and bed turndown service was great. Provided robes and slippers...nice touch.

It was our 50th wedding anniversary. The hotel upgrated our room. Champagne and chocolate covered stawberris were in the room. We absolutely loved it and would stay again.
