Dirty sheets and mildew tilePosted Jul 18, 2014
Sheets, bed skirts, and comforter were dirty upon arrival. Sink and toilet were not cleaned. Pubic hair in bath tub. Mildew all over grout around bath tub. Staff refused to change us to another room. I had to change the linens myself after requesting new linens, and it took 6 hours and three requests to get them. Room service trays and trash remained in halls for three days until I took downstairs myself. Hotel keys were not programmed for length of stay. Iron was broken in the room. Hotel staff did not try to correct the situation. It was just one thing after another. The best part of my stay was when I was not in the room. I will never stay here again.

Paper thin walls! You can hear your neighbors talking quite easily.

Pros: very large outdoor and pool areas
Easy check-in and check-out-friendly staff. Would recommend this hotel to families. The restaurant was over priced, but overall a pleasant stay

Great Proximity to BallparkPosted Jul 3, 2014
We stayed at the Sheraton Arlington on our trip to see a Tigers vs Rangers ball game. This hotel is basically right next to the park. It is also right across from Six Flags. The room was clean, spacious, and had free wi-fi in the room. The bathrooms, while clean, had very low ceilings and seemed a bit dated. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.
A $45 roomPosted Jun 14, 2014
Expedia had this hotel for $45. A great deal I thought. The desk agent was blah, didnt give any info about the hotel, resturant, movie pool. She didnt bother to even ask if i was a starwoods memeber. I was given an accessible room, a shower head and bare floor. The carpet in the room and hallways are worn. This propertty used to be a Marriott then a Wyndham and has seeen better days

Excellent HotelPosted Jun 4, 2014
Pros: What wasn't to like!
Never had been to Dallas Texas and I amazed how beatiful Arlington is. This hotel has great people and not only was the stay comfortable, it sits at a great location to walk or drive nearby such as Six Flags, AT&T Dallas Stadium, and Ranger Stadium. Great people, great hotel, and great place to visit. Thanks Sheraton.

Bad service, staff not helpful, specially the mgr.Posted Jun 3, 2014
They said I didn't reserve a double bed room but just "asked" for it. They didn't have one available and they offered to bring two roll away beds for $15 each. They brought just one and at midnight they said they could not bring the second one because of City restrictions. They didn't offer anything else, instead the manager told us that was what we got by booking with Expedia and to deal with you.

Great locationPosted May 30, 2014
Room originally assigned was near a large reunion group who were noisy and inconsiderate, to no fault of the hotel. The staff immediately remedied the situation by assigning us to a different floor that was much quieter for our 4 night stay. They also were great at adding an extra night three days prior to our stay. Location is close to all the attractions and restaurants. Bedding was very comfortable. Cleaning staff was quiet thou we utilized the going green option. Parking was convenient. Pool and jacuzzi were nice but there were bugs and debris probably from recent storms. Elevators were fast. Wi Fi great; we did not use bar, restaurant or gym but all looked nice. Rooms were not equipped with fridges, microwaves or safe but did have blow dryer and iron. Will stay at this hotel again next trip to Arlington.

Texas Ranger GamePosted May 27, 2014
Pros: The staff.
Location: Very close to interchanges, Six Flags, Water Parks, Texas Ranger Stadium, and Dallas Cowboy Stadium.
This hotel is walking distance to the Texas Ranger stadium. All of the staff we met went out of their way to help us. They provided maps, found locations for us and gave extra attention to the best routes to get where we where going.
