I called the hotel prior to the trip to find out how fast I could get a shuttle ride. Important to me because I had only an hour and a half to get to the hotel before the reception ended. I had to call twice for the shuttle and it took an hour and a half. I missed the party. Had I known, I would have hopped a cab.

Pros: Very nice
Very clean, spacious and beautiful room! The hotel is immaculate. The staff is friendly. I would recommend this room to anyone, and look forward to staying at the Sheraton on my next trip to Dallas.

Happy with the staff. Very good service in the restaurant and lobby bar. Shuttle service to airport was very convenient.

Picked up from the airport by Michael the van driver. This guys enthusiasm should be bottled and built me up for what should have been a good stay. Unfortunately it ended once dropped off. Abrupt unhelpful staff on the evening of my arrival set the tone for me. The food was dreadful and also heard another resident complaining about his food also so it wasn't just myself. There is a lot made of a $7m upgrade having been made to this hotel, glad I wasn't here before that happened! Paid £130/night.........stealing money.

Overall the stay was fine. We checked in late at night after our flight was cancelled. The hotel staff was very helpful. The only issue was in the hotel restaurant. After we said we wanted to order breakfast off the menu, the server tried to talk us into the buffet. When we declined the buffet, he took our drink orders and never came back. After about 7-10 minutes, we got up and left. We ate breakfast at the airport. Front desk personnel offered to get our breakfast served, but we chose to just leave.

They only thing bad about my stay was i could not get room service they wouldn't answer the phone but everything else was great down to the shuttle driver

They are finishing a remodel. One problem. No power outlets near the bed. You must pull furniture and mattress to get one. Maybe someone forgot to include this in the renovation plan. So if you don't need to plug in you're fine. Just a small problem. Overall stay was great. Friendly, courteous staff.
