Nice hotel, great location, not enough cribs

We have stayed at this hotel a number of times before, but never with out son. We requested a crib and they informed us that they would check to see if they had one and would call us back. An hour later we still had not heard from the hotel staff so we called again. This time they told us they didn't have enough cribs that night. Needless to say, my husband and I slept on the floor so the baby could have our bed. We will make sure to bring our pack n play in the future. A great hotel for a weekend shopper or a couples getaway.

The Stay

Pros: The rooms are very comfortable and the full breakfast is delicious.
Location: Near the Galleria and accessible to interstate.
Although due to construction, it was difficult to get to the hotel once you arrived- the stay was on point. Just a few things that need improving- when asked if we needed help with bags- never received it, had to go get my own bag cart and transport it to room. The room key did not work when re-entering the parking lot on Saturday night. But once we figured out the button for assistance- access was granted.

Pros: Breakfast buffet was fantastic, I appreciated the options and healthy choices. The fitness center was pleasant but I wish the machined faced a TV.
Cons: Towels could be softer.
Location: The galleria is next door and there is a Walmart down the road. The construction outside was horrible, but that's not the hotel's fault.
I was stuck in town with car trouble. The staff, to me, felt like they were the only nice, considerate people in Dallas. The bed was so comfortable, and I appreciate being able to control the temperature in the room. I like to freeze when I sleep so this room was fantastic.

Lots of construction

Loved that there was a free shuttle going to restaurants, since driving in that area of town is not easy right now. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Nice hotel within walking distance to galleria

Cons: Food
Pleasant staff and a good hotel room. The sofa bed is not comfortable so get a rollaway if required. Within walking distance to the galleria otherwise they have a shuttle. Not really close to anything else. Breakfast was good but generally the food is not great.

First and last stay at sheraton

First off i get there and though i paid Expedia i still had to pay 50.00 deposit and 12.00 to park. So basically you have to pay 62.00 extra dollars and they dont accept cash for deposit. I was told the 50.00 was going to be credited back, two days later, still waiting. Then the tv wouldnt even turn on, u have to program it to do so. The bed was comfortable and hotel clean.

Nice hotel

The pool is NOT what the pic eludes to. Great breakfast, clean rooms. Some odd smells in elevators and elevator area.
