Alejandra's Restaurant and Lounge - This bright and airy contemporary restaurant serves American favorites with flavors of the Southwest. Breakfast offers a large buffet or à la carte items such as Texas-sized cinnamon rolls, banana smoothies, old-fashioned flapjacks, and the Tex-Mex breakfast. There is a daily lunch buffet, as well as fajita salad, shrimp quesadilla, and the signature burger. Dinner includes seafood, beef, and pasta dishes, and specialties such as Texas steak soup. Open early morning until mid-evening.

A sunny atrium houses the heated indoor lap pool, which has convenient access to the fitness center and sauna. The mirrored fitness center has treadmills, stationary bike, free weights, and a step machine. From the indoor pool, guests can swim to the heated outdoor pool and its surrounding private terrace with chaise lounges and plenty of towels.
For a fee, guests can use the facilities of the Telos Performance Center, located three miles from the hotel. The club has a circuit-training facility and two studios for aerobics, yoga, and Pilates.
