Nice hotel at a good price

Posted Jun 15, 2015
Pros: loved the suite design and fridge and microwave.
Cons: Continental breakfast was not included. This was unclear when I booked the room. the breakfast was only available for upgraded guests.
Room was great. Carpet was stained but no smell. Bed was very comfortable and suite design was nice.

Great Hotel for our needs

Posted Jun 13, 2015
The staff was great and allowed us to check in early. The room was nice but you can see its been worn down. The patio had a beautiful view of downtown Dallas. It was perfect walking distance for the convention across the street. The only things we had issues with was the elevators shut even before you could get in. The other was the pool is connected to the outside but they blocked it off with a clear screen. Our visit there, we saw 4 people swim into it. Don't really understand why it was shut or why choose a clear blocker that people can't see.

This hotel is conveniently located in Dallas when I come for business trips. It has a feel of an apartment. Nice breakfast buffet.

Not impressed

Posted May 21, 2015
The hotel is old, the staff is rude, and the drinks in the bar are over-priced. There was a leak on our floor, the elevator was broken, the room is tiny so you can barely walk around the bed. Not impressed. Won't be back.

Noisy

Posted May 18, 2015
Very convenient location to the Medieval Night, about two minutes walking there. But the room is too noisy, because of the freeway outside and the air conditioner inside. By the way, the pillows are very comfortable.

Poor for a Sheraton

Posted May 17, 2015
Pros: Convenient to the Children's Hospital, and other points in the Dallas area. Refrigerator worked well. Counter tops were newer and decent.
Cons: Rooms need a total renovation, other than counter tops. Dirty, ratty carpet. Old sofa bed. Old, ugly wallpaper in bathroom. Bathroom grout dirty.
Room was ratty. Carpet filthy. Bathroom grout dirty. Needs a renovation. Linens were clean though and counter tops were newer and decent. Refrigerator worked well.
