"Excellent service everywhere."
First time at the Omni Dallas. Early check in very much appreciated. The porters ensured we didn't open the door. They grabbed our luggage and met us in our room w/all our items and hung our clothes in the closet. While walking in the lobby, Sean asked me if I needed any assistance. He not only referred me to the concierge, he met me there. Sean provided a booklet of local areas and a map. Most impressive he not only provided a list of local Dallas restaurants, he highlighted some in the West End and in Uptown. He was on the mark with the ones we visited. The valet staff was courteous and prompt on what was a very, very busy weekend filled with weddings, bachelor party, birthday party etc. Though it was a rainy w/e, we were in/out a few times each day of our stay. Lisa remembered our name from the first time we met to the time we left. She made us feel like we were more than a customer.

"Conference for 3 nights and 4 days"
We went for a Conference - the meeting areas were great. Breakfast was continental but fresh, and lunches were amazing. The staff was friendly and helpful. We loved the Texas décor of the Resort. Unfortunately the weather wasn't cooperating so we weren't able to explore too much of the city and surrounding areas - but fortunately the Gaylord has a fun Sports Bar, and Coffee Shop to kill the time. The Mexican restaurant was under construction which was disappointing. We didn't try any food places except for breakfast at the Italian Restaurant which was tasty and economical. Overall we had a great visit.

"Wonder staff"
I took my wife to Dallas to attend a concert at the American Airlines Center. Upon arrival the receptionist ask about our trip. We shared with her that the concert tickets were a Christmas/Birthday present and that was why we were there. The receptionist was so kind and expressed her excitement for my wife. She told us that she would have a surprise for us. We were shown our room and we were amazed. We had been upgraded to a suite that was simply awesome. So now we are ready to go and eat before the concert. The concierge recommends a fantastic restaurant, makes a reservation for us, and has the hotel driver take us in a new Mercedes. After eating she has him to pick us up and take us to the concert. After the concert, when we return to the suite, we have birthday cake and a bottle of wine waiting for us. How could I not recommend this hotel? Its a bit pricy, but I would love to stay there again.
