We had an amazing stay. We got the king suite. The only complaint I have is, the bathroom is not wheelchair accessible despite us being told at booking it was. They offered a bench, but due to location of toilet, could not get in shower. We asked to use a handicap accessible shower and the front desk told us there is only one in the building and it was being used. The pool was cold but the kids loved it. The hot tub is amazing. Breakfast was good. Overall very nice facility and staff was absolutely amazing. We love how close everything is and within walking (rolling) distance.

There was only one lady working the desk when we arrived, i called down to ask about sheets for the pull out bed for my children. The lady said i would have to come and get the sheets myself because she was alone. Im disappointed the room was not ready when we arrived and was not equipped for 4 guests as we were made to mention in our reservations.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Breakfast was good with great food options and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

There wasn’t necessarily anything wrong but the building and room were old and shows signs of wear. Our shower made a loud sound when it switched to hot water and it was either scalding hot or cold. The front cover on the air conditioner kept falling off. The breakfast wasn’t very good, even for a hotel breakfast. It was just an average to below average stay overall. The staff was real nice and friendly though.

They provide shuttle transportation especially if you can request it in advance. They try to work with you. The breakfast is great, they serve multiple selections throughout the week. They accommodate early check in if available.

Great place
We had a wonderful time there. My son said the room was much nicer than he expected, and the beds were very comfortable. Everything was clean and nice. The breakfast is awesome too.

Nice staff Hotel is convenient for the airport but there’s nothing else around. A very average nondescript place you wouldn’t want to spend more than one night at. The hot tub was disgusting, the pool was depressing and the gym area only had a couple of machines.

Great hotel next to the mall
This is the second time that I’ve stayed here and I still love it. It is close to the Grapevine Mills Mall. It was very spacious for my family of 6. I can’t complain about the hotel because my experience was great

Great one say stopover in Dallas. Mall is across the street with heaps of activities, shopping and places to eat. Beds were comfy. Breakfast great. Coffee all day in lobby. Staff amazing. After a day of travelling they got us into a room 2hrs early. Shuttle very helpful and lovely drivers. We’ll definitely be staying again on our next stopover. Only suggestion would be to offer half day rates if you know you have some late flights/arrivals. We were hoping to pay extra for an extra 6hrs but were only given the option of paying an entire additional night.

Grapevine fun
Wish we could have stayed for our originally planned time. We were able to check in early to get ready for our show. The room was designed with a sitting area which was very nice. The shower cap was a nice touch. Will definitely stay there again.
