The staff here is excellent and the property well maintained. They were quick to shut down the kids playing on the sport court at 1:30 am.

Clean, Quiet, and Roomy. I had my 2 teen twins and 5 grandkids with me, the only adult, this is the only place that respectfully had room for all of us. The staff was so polite, professional, and helpful. A definite 5 star establishment!

Clean, well kept and updated. The staff was friendly and helpful. Great amenities such as laundry, gym and pool. Great for pets. Loved that they include breakfast. Better than expected experience.

Just average, but great location
Good location, but hotel is a little lacking for the price. A little rundown, but it was safe, clean, and the bed was comfortable. Sadly the room AC was not great, so I was hot all night. Also, highly recommend getting a room away from the sport court. It can be very loud.

I have enjoyed staying at Staybridge Suites Plano every time I visit my daughter. Everything about the hotel has been fine. Last weekend I came to see my granddaughter in a play. I had my dachshund with me. I had a zipped popup portable playpen with her bed and blanket inside. She remained in the playpen for the entire night. The hotel made me pay $79.50 to let her stay with me. That is the price for a dog staying 1-6 days. I paid $119.00 for the room and $79.50 for the dog to stay from 10pm Friday until 8am Saturday inside the zipped playpen. I had paid for a non-refundable room so I stayed that night. I won't do so again.

No issues, but didn't feel welcome.
I had a great stay back in August, so I was excited to return. Unfortunately, the experience wasn't the same this time around. Check-in was not as welcoming, a family with what felt like 10 kids was above my room and breakfast was overcrowded. I didn't feel valued.

Girls Weekend at Staybridge-Plano
We had a great girls weekend to Staybridge Suites in Plano. The hotel was very clean and nice. There are some cosmetic issues here and there but nothing that effected the cleanliness. We loved all the space of the two room suite.

Horrible room thermostat stuck on heat room at 83 degrees and unable to fix given new room at 4 am to move into after 12 hour drive and having to leave in morning for another 12 hour drive NOT WORTH $180 a night to NOT even get a nights sleep!! Canceled my next room less than two weeks out - Never again!

Great property, clean and updated rooms. The guest areas smelled lovely and were always neat and clean. The 2 bedroom unit was spacious and updated. My only issue is that the pool and jacuzzi were not available. Other than that I would definitely book again with this brand and location.

This will be my "GO TO" hotel when visiting UTD
Check-in was quick, the hotel was clean and the room was comfortable. Breakfast was good and the fresh flowers on the tables was a nice touch.
