Very well priced. It was quiet and clean. The best part about it was no carpeting. I'm from WA and most accommodations around here have carpet.

Everytime we stay here they are always very rude. I was cleaning the room up because last time they kept my deposit for a few trash bags . So when i cleaned the room today i was a little late getting out and the lady rudley came complaining and yelling at me even though i explained i was cleaning my mess up. The phones dont work so when i tried to call to explain id be a tad late getting out of the room i wasnt able to .

Only stayed one night. Cancelled my other 3 nights. It was unclean, unsanitized, hard to understand the front desk. Their English was very limited. Didn’t feel safe. Smelled like marijuana. Not happy.

For starters, the listing says that the property is pet friendly, but when we went to check in there were signs everywhere that said “no pets”. When we asked, he hesitated and then said it would be an additional $20 charge but that we could bring him. Fine, whatever. Tried to give us a smoking room after we had booked a non-smoking room and charged us an additional $10 for it. Got our room key but it wouldnt unlock the door. It’s raining, we are exhausted and frustrated. I went back to the office TWICE. To get a new key/help. Both keys failed and he didn’t believe us and came up to try it himself. After 10 mins of waiting outside he moved us to a different room and said if we needed a room key we would have to come back down to the office. There were greasy spots on the bedside tables and condoms by the bed. Stained/burned linens. You can tell they don’t come in to clean after every guest. There was no shampoo or conditioner. Breakfast was cereal with no milk or over ripe bananas. “Complimentary breakfast” was a joke. 10/10 do not recommend.

I booked a hotel for the night and someone literally tried to come in my room multiple times throughout the night in addition to this inconvenience it was extremely dirty there was chips bags Q-tips in the bed that were used and the tub was extremely dirty I lasted only 3 hours at the location I do not recommend!!

Terrible customer service
I was not able to make the trip due to a major family emergency. Due to all the chaos I totally forgot to call and cancel, so they charged my card anyways. I understand this is a policy, however with it being an emergency I hoped that they would at least give me a partial refund. I called and talked to them and explained everything but they were basically just like nope sorry. So there goes $90 that I desperately needed. Terrible customer service. I will never reserve here again.

the pool was really nice and refreshing in the evening for hot summers in TX. the spoke with from the staff were really nice especially the young men that checked me in and out. let me know about the deposit that was going to be put on my card and that i would be reimbursed at check out. the price was exactly what i saw online and deposit was credited back same day as check out.

I had been staying here for a week . I thought I had a rash after a few days of staying here… this went on until I realized what it was … BED BUGS . INFESTED WITH BED BUGS Go anywhere but here… they won’t refund your money or give back your deposit either.

Check in was easy…they do ask for a deposit at check in but said it was refundable…haven’t seen it in my card yet and I’m not sure why the deposit. Room was okay..towels had others hair ..shower curtain didn’t looked washed…the cleaning lady did an amazing job…people do live here full time…the front desk says no pets but clearly there are dogs on the property…overall it’s just a place to leave your head down at night.
