For starters, the listing says that the property is pet friendly, but when we went to check in there were signs everywhere that said “no pets”. When we asked, he hesitated and then said it would be an additional $20 charge but that we could bring him. Fine, whatever. Tried to give us a smoking room after we had booked a non-smoking room and charged us an additional $10 for it. Got our room key but it wouldnt unlock the door. It’s raining, we are exhausted and frustrated. I went back to the office TWICE. To get a new key/help. Both keys failed and he didn’t believe us and came up to try it himself. After 10 mins of waiting outside he moved us to a different room and said if we needed a room key we would have to come back down to the office. There were greasy spots on the bedside tables and condoms by the bed. Stained/burned linens. You can tell they don’t come in to clean after every guest. There was no shampoo or conditioner. Breakfast was cereal with no milk or over ripe bananas. “Complimentary breakfast” was a joke. 10/10 do not recommend.
