Clean room. Nice facility for price! I would stay here again. When checking in front counter clerk very friendly.

Decent Hotel

The location and accessability detract from the pluses of this hotel. It is acceptable as a place to lie down but not close to much.

Business King Room

Was twice the size of a normal $60 king bed room. Lists for $80 a night, but discounted $70 with 5 night stay.

Easy to get to, good basic motel.

Pros: Decent accommodations at good price.
Cons: Not brand new, but priced right.
Location: Close enough to Mesquite convention center (about 6 miles).
Covers all the basics at a decent price. Plus: Convenient to freeway. Minus: Adjacent to freeway, so could be a little noisy.

Convenient location

Pros: Location and staff
Cons: Update some of the rooms. Sound proof windows to knock down some of the Freeway traffic noise
Location: Bass Pro Shop, Downtown Dallas, Ft. Worth
Easy access to Dallas/Ft Worth, easy check-n and easy check-out. Easy access to the Freeway. Continental Breakfast.

Staff was very helpful and polite. Room was clean and very comfortable and quiet. It was a pleasant experience. Will stay there again.

Great Place To Stay!!

Wonderful stay, everything was so clean and smelled good. Beds were comfortable and the Texas shaped waffles in the morning were pretty cool. Staff was great! We plan to stay here again when in the Dallas area.

Good stay with bad customer service

I was charged a $30.00 charge at the desk as long as it was not trashed or anything I would get the money refunded.I do not know if it went thru and they just didn't have to refund or what. They took my phone number to let me know they refunded and I have never heard anything

Hello David, The deposit/incidental authorization are voided out if there are no charges. We only contact the guests who the hotel needs to process a charge. The banks take 3 to 7 Business days to void the authorizations. Sorry for the inconvenience, but we have these policies in place in order to provide a clean, comfortable and safe environment for all of our customers. Thank you for your feedback.
