Easy access to I-30.

Pros: See above
Cons: A breakfast time before 7:00am would have been appreciated, but I guess 7:00 is the norm.
Location: We were not interested in things near by as we were visiting people.
Access to I-30 made travel to restaurants and other destinations very easy. The included breakfast was adequate and a great saving of both time and money. The motel was a convenient base station for our say in the Dallas area.

Clean, decent room at a good price.

I was looking for a budget option, but didn't want SCARY. This fit the bill. It's a little tricky to get to, and there's nothing within walking distance. There's nothing luxurious about it. But it was clean and safe, and had everything I needed.

Good for the Price -Lobby Hours a problem

Lobby Hours were problem. No one on site before 7:00 am to faciltate check out.

Randy, I am sorry for the confusion, but we do have a night window located at the main entrance under the canopy for checkout. We only close the lobby for thru traffic between 11pm to 7am. We open the lobby at 7am when the breakfast is ready. We are not allowed to leave the hotel unattended. I am sorry the front desk agent did not explain that to you. I will definitely remind all agents in my next meeting. We hope to see you again.

Hi. The room was clean and spacious. Check in/out service was awesome. No offense, but you'd never know you were at a Super 8, it was great. Highly recommended!

Quick Stay

Pros: The friendly, professionalism of the staff and their willingness to quickly address any perceived issues relevant to my short stay.
Cons: The decor could stand updating, but this is pretty inconsequential.
I was initially cautious about booking the room due to some of the reviews, however, the location was in close proximity to my destination, so I decided I'd risk it. I'm quite pleased that I did. The front desk person was particularly helpful with everything from check out to suggesting a place to eat (as I'd gotten into town quite late; 11 p.m.) and preemptively switching the room I initially booked, citing a "slow to cool" A/C unit in the original room. It was obvious that the hotel was older, however, my room was clean and that speaks volumes from me. I frequent hotels on an almost monthly basis and am not above stripping the bed to reveal poorly sanitized linen. I was also satisfied with the turn down service as well as the typical continental breakfast fare.

very close to loud highway

the room was clean and the service was very good. Very close to a loud highway and the bed was very uncomfortable. For a non smoking hotel-it was very smoky smelling, especially in the hallways.

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry about the smoky hallways, sometimes smokers smoke too close to the entrance doors and the smell enters our 100% smoke free hotel. Also, I apologize that our recently installed Simmons Beautyrest were not comfortable. However, we greatly appreciate your feedback, and will make some new designated smoking area to prevent the smell from entering the property.

The lady that checked me in was super nice. When we went down for breakfast everything was fresh n the man made sure everyone was doing good n had a smile on his face. Overall one of the best experiences I have had in a hotel.

Great for a few days

Staff was friendly, room was clean, and I love their breakfast in the a.m. Easy access to I-30 & just around the corner from a few good restaurants, Wal-Mart, Starbucks, and more! Who sits in their hotel room all day? This was perfect for me, being out most the day
