“Brief overnight stay, but easy access to needs”

My husband and I were in the Grapevine area for medical purposes. We arrived Sunday afternoon for an early morning appt. Monday. The hotel had many truckers, with 18 wheelers, but the traffic noise level was not a problem. We were offered late check out pending our release for the Surgicenter. Easy access to the HWY was a plus! Breakfast was good, no frills in the room, but met our expectations and needs.

“Great Location & Great Service”

Stayed here and was amazed at friendliness and can-do attitude of staff. Hotel was everything it was stated to be...and more. Clean rooms, pool. Turned out of the parking lot and drove north 1 mile and found downtown Grapevine, a great place to visit.

Usually stay here when I'm in Dallas for business. I've never been disappointed by the quality or service of the hotel/staff, and this time my room was upgraded for free! That's always a plus. Definitely will continue my business here in the future!

Utilitarian, conveniently located, easy access, quiet, good restaurants nearby. Spent four days there comfortably.

“Spot on for the money”

There is nothing to dislike about this hotel. There are some nice surprises. The rooms are adequate, modest, and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful (even offerring a later checkout without asking). They give you a free breakfast and wifi. Any additional amenities would have been lost on me or anyone using the hotel primarily for a place to sleep.

Your staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that between 9:00 and 10:00pm. The door of a room near mine was open and slammed closed loudly approximately 150-180 times. I was tired from my travels, and had a very hard time sleeping. I considered going out to the hall to deal with the situation, but did not want a confrontation, knowing that it would probably escalate, due to my irritation. I strongly feel that anyone sitting at the desk would be aware of the situation, and should have encouraged this person to close their door more gently. I have dealt with similar situations several times in the past, and realize that I should have called the desk on this occasion. Fortunately, I had a set of earplugs, which I was forced to use, however, I strongly feel that this situation should never have occurred.

Very nice location, close to the airport and old Grapevine. Quiet and clean, food establishments nearby. Not a 5 Star property by any means, but not a 5 Star price either. This hotel is a good value for the money and would especially appeal to families and business travelers in my opinion..

“Super 8 Grapevine”

This hotel is very convenient for DFW airport. It offers a shuttle service to and from hotel within local area which is great. It is quiet and clean. The staff are all really helpful and the amenities are practical. I found it very good value for money.
