“Close to our Richardson relatives.”

We am very satisfied w/ this motel. It is near our Richardson relatives when we visit. We have stayed here before & are scheduled to do so again for our Christmas visit to Richardson. We only stay in the room to sleep. It is clean, reasonably attractive, has a good bed & is very acceptable to us.

“Super”

I needed something close to the freeway in the Richardson area and this was it. I checked in to a room that has an unpleasent odor in the bathroom and staff switched me to a new room right away. The rooms here look like it has been renovated recently, especially the bath tubs and walls. It was funky seeing shampo bottles with home made labels in the bathroom but I assumed it was left behind by previous guess because the next day they did refreshed with branded shampo bottles. Overall I was satisfied as my room has a good working AC unit, steam iron, hair dryer, a frig, and a small dining table.

“Disappointed”

The hotel personnel were accomodating. The dead-bolt lock did not function. I piled furniture against the door for security. It was extremely noisy. The neighbors above jumped on/moved furniture until ~ 5 am. The next door neighbors left their door open while watching TV and conversing on their telephones until the wee hours. Although noisy neighbors are not a function of the hotel personnel, perhaps the personnel could monitor the area more attentively.

“Great Value”

Very clean, quiet and comfortable room. Staff is very friendly and accomodating. Free breakfast. The room was just as nice as many much more expenseive hotels I have stayed in. Three restaurants within walking distance. Great value. Highly recommended.
