“SWANK, Expensive...”

Beatiful upscale hotel. Everything costs though. Bowl of cereal was 15 dollars. No free breakfast etc... The PM Lounge is swank as well. We couldnt sit down though. I guess a table costs 300 to 500 dollars. We had to stand up or leave. We left. Mixed drink is 15 dollars as well. Not so much for your everyday person.

“Don't bother looking around.... this is the place to stay!”

The service is unbelieveable and the staff very friendly. We were taken care of every step of the way. Everything is always happening at The Joule. The restaurant is great and if you're up for a night of fun you can alwasy check the louge downstairs or go for a drink on the roof top patio... beautifully design pool area and the outdoor decor is perfect. We would recomment this to any one of our friends and family.

“Coolness in a scorching Dallas”

As we got to our hotel it was nearly 40 degrees C (99F), but pulling up out of the cab we were handed ice cold bottles of water by one of the bell boys and ushered in. The lobby looks fantastic and the staff couldn't be more helpful. Our room continued with the amazing top end contempory theme which is then topped off with a trip to the tenth floor to visit the pool (which over hangs the street below) and an ice cool beer and mojito to see in the evening. The house resturant is also stunning which boasts it does the best steak in Dallas...this is confirmed!! Over all a stunning hotel in a fantastic location, in a great city.

Very nice Hotel! Hotel was very accommodating, only concern was the room temperature. It states 65 but felt like 78.

“not impressed”

Small rooms are a downside as is the location. Hotel is very smartly designed, but the bedroooms seem small and too much space was wasted in the overdesigned bathroom, which had no bathtub and too many cubicles.

“Don't expect to get your wake up call on time!”

We recently stayed at The Joule. The hotel in itself is very nice, however we had a bad experience with the reading lamp on top of our bed that would not turn off. One of the lamps would turn off but the one on the left side would not. When we contacted the front desk they said they would take of it, however we had to call the second night again. There is a hole in the shower ceiling also. When we ordered room service our fries were burned and hamburger was not good. Concierge is very nice and so were the gentlemen who greeted us in the entrance.

“Children's Parade”

We were on the 6th floor and there is a club that plays music until 2am. I could hear the bass like it was next door. We were involved in the Childrens parade and had to be up at 5:15am and didn't get to sleep until after 2am. Also the sheets were extremely stiff and uncomfortable.
