The bed was comfortable but the t.v didn't work, the microwave didn't work. There was no trash cans, no phones, I had to ask for a staff to come fix the t.v TWICE. It was 50 dollars for a reason.. I wouldn't want to go back.

Not what I expected from a 3-Star Hotel

Pros: It offered complimentary breakfast however, no fresh fruit, yogurt, high quality fruit juices were offered.
Cons: This hotel is in need of a comprehensive remodel
Location: Not suitable for families or women traveling without escort.
The hotel is clean but old and deserving of long defered maintenance. The tile in the bathroom are broke, the carpet is old, the beds need replacing. The neighborhood is not suitable for families or women traveling alone.

Extended stay hotel with major Inconsistencies.

Pros: The breakfast was good.
Cons: The security and the sewer/drainage system.
Location: I did not visit any businesses near by but the area where the hotel was located seemed very sketchy and not very safe.
When I arrived at the hotel, it did not look bad from the outside but it was a bit tricky to find. The front desk was ok. There was nothing said to me that would make me say that they had horrible customer service like others. There did seem to be a language barrier. Check-in was fairly easy even though the receptionist did take my card and lie it down on the counter beside the computer. She had to ask for it back and after searching all through my purse I was convinced that I had not creceived it back. After this was taken care of, I went to my room and open it up and what do you know: I had roommates. There was already someone in this room. Being very cautious, I closed the door and called the front desk. They sent someone up within 10 minutes with cards to a new room. To make a long story short, when I took a shower the water drained very slowly and it took about 15 minutes to completely drain. The toilet tissue roll was hanging off the wall but the room was clean overall. One of the back doors was busted out and the door beside it was not secure. The breakfast was good as others have stated but I was even a little cautious about that because it seemed like that reused uneaten food from the day before. I never alerted the office about the drainage problem because I honestly felt as if nothing would be done. Then I had somewhere else to take a shower so I didn't let it stress me out. Overall, I would say that if you are at all not used to the "hood" do not stay here.

Cons: Everything, seriously.
Location: Condoms to go and tattoo palor
Sheets and comforters were stained. Room smelled and nothing worked. Not the sleep number beds, washer and dryers or both telephones that were in our room. Even the phone in the hallway didn't work.

Pros: nothing
Cons: I would not send my worst enemy there. To much to be fixed and there are other hotels in the area that would work.
Rooms did not have everything working in them. Bathroom faucets fell off in your hands, air condition and refrigerator were so noisy you couldn't sleep. T.V. only had two working channels. Hallways were musty from water damage. Phones in room did not work so to call front desk you had to use your cell phone. Front desk was rude and hung up on you causing you to show up in person to get things right. Never corrected problems.

The staff was not as nice as they could be overall this hotel is a good buy for the price
