Pros: Beds were very comfortable.
Cons: Room keys did not work at the parking gate, had to call attendant for every departure. Sat for 30 min waiting in a long line of cars, upon check out.
Location: Great Location! Lots of fast food and restaurants near by.
Very nice and clean, front desk staff was very friendly. Restaurant had great food. Would definately stay here again.

Close to shopping

A Westin Hotel that makes you reserve a mini fridge in advance?! Really? Called down for one but the number of fridges available is limited and none were available. The shower was disappointing (too much water could pass through the tub spout and not reach the shower head) and the sink was VERY slow to drain. Parking garage VERY tight to park in. Room was clean and we felt safe. Price was great.

My #1 hotel when I visit Dallas

Posted Nov 19, 2014
Pros: The best part of this hotel is the incredibly comfy bed.
Cons: Breakfast food is average. The servers could be friendlier.
Location: Hotel on 635 and Coit. If you know Dallas, then you are 20 minutes from most places. Late night post-bar munchies? Jack in the Box right around corner
I go to Dallas about once every 3 weeks. Most of the time I stay at the Westin Park Central. It is conveniently located next to 635 and just minutes away from the tollway. The parking lot has a secured entrance that I really like. The front desk staff is always very friendly and professional. Decor is very inviting and modern. The lobby bar is a fun place to hang out with a decent bar menu. I've stayed at better hotels in the Dallas area, but for the price range, this hotel is hands down the best. I usually get the Junior Suite and I feel like I'm getting a bargain every time. Clean rooms, comfy bed, and good shower water pressure every time.

Conference Hotel

Posted Nov 9, 2014
Pros: Clean and comfortable. Expedia reservation was for room on 17th floor, giving us access to the executive club. Very nice.
Cons: All eating options were very expensive, but quite good.
Attended RightNow Media Conference at Watermark church. Hotel was within walking distance.

Lovely hotel, close to businesses

Posted Nov 4, 2014
This is a second stay for me and I do like the hotel. This trip was incredibly short and the front desk staff was very accommodating and helpful. I can't figure out why they insist on charging for wireless/internet, that would be my biggest ding against Westins, but overall, they are a very nice hotel.

Great price but hotel wasn't clean

Posted Nov 1, 2014
Pros: Proximity to SMU campus.
Cons: cleanliness, door locks/handles.
Booked a great "non-refundable, non cancellable" rate on this hotel for Friday and Saturday night for SMU Family Weekend. Checked in around midnight both nights. Hotel lobby was fine but there was a problem with the door handle of the room and the hallways and room were not clean. Stained carpet and dirty corners and baseboard throughout.

Nice Lobby, it goes downhill from there

Posted Oct 29, 2014
The hotel lobby is beautiful!! But once upstairs the hall carpet was filthy!! Had gum and dirt all over!! The coffee machine in my room was nasty!! And the brand of Soda I bought via room service was the Dollar Store brand and they charged $9.00 for two!! I mean we all know hotels overcharge for room service but at least make your occupants feel like it's worth it!! Overall this hotel just made me mad!

Should be considered a Westin Express

Posted Oct 29, 2014
Not as nice as every other Westin I've been to. There is complimentary WiFi in the lobby, but not in the rooms. Also no complimentary breakfast.
