The hotel was very nice and I like how we had access to the mall. The staff was horrible. We were ignored upon arrival. Valet ignored us but helped two vehicles that came behind us. Not sure if it was because we weren't in a Mercedes or not carrying LV bags. We even asked for a cart to carry our belongs in and they went to get one but gave it to another person while we were standing there. There was a option to order gym clothes to work out. I waited a hour.

When arriving, the staff at the counter seemed annoyed I have arrived. When I got check in they gave me my room key and called for the next customer. Never being at this hotel, it would of been nice to get directions on where to get to my room. When leaving the hotel, I had a bag I would like to check because I have a conference for half the day. I asked for help, to check my bag....30 minutes later my bag was finally checked. The hotel room was very nice; however the sink would not drain properly. This had to be notice by the cleaning staff, but I guess no work order was entered into the system. Overall the hotel is very nice, but I think there needs some attention to the staff and the overall experience of the hotel.

Pros: convenient to the mall
Cons: new beds, new carpet, new tv's, more charging outlets next to the bed, a coffee maker
The bed is old and uncomfortable, the tv is also old and has poor viewing quality. There are no outlets next to the bed, poor lighting, the carpet was disgusting. The shower/bath tub faucets had problems.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff exceptional! The concierge even sent us complimentary champagne and chocolate covered strawberries to help us celebrate!
