“Frequent Guest”

This is a beautiful hotel with great service. My family stays reguarly. The rooms are very comfortable and all the the amenities are fabulous. Don't miss the Shoppes at Legacy for shopping and dining, the hotel will shuttle you. Stonebriar Mall and Rough Riders minor league baseball close by. Great pool for kids.

“simply awesome”

IT WAS AMAZING. I was greeted with a smile, doors were opened for me. Fresh fruit upon arrival. Every employee seemed genuinely happy to be there. Not just your normal hotel. We checked in and didn't leave the hotel until the next afternoon late. The food was exquisite and tons of it. Every need or want we had was satisfied. We ate in the Legacy grill for dinner, ate at the pool for lunch. The pool was great the towels were perfect size. The bottle water that was offered was very much appreciated. We were there for a relaxing girls weekend and some shopping. We enjoyed it so much we didn't get out to shop until we were nearly sunburned. With all the surrounding trees you could not tell that there were streets behind us. even the families with small children were calm. We can not wait to go back. the only thing we will change next time will be to book directly to make sure we get two beds. I called and so did expedia to request two beds but upon arrival they did not have one available. But we did fine. Ready to go again. We didn't want to leave at all!.

Staff was extremely polite and helpful. The room was great! Very clean. The fitness center was really well equipped - and clean as well! Great overall experience! So easy to find and get to the mall and area attractions!

Went for a weekend to unwind, staff was extremely friendly, some of the best service I have had. The pool area was beautiful with large comfortable lounge chairs. Great shopping area and restruants nearby. Highly recommend, and we are particular about the hotels we stay in.

“Conference at The Westin Stonebriar”

My wife and I stayed at the Westin Stonebriar as we were attending a conference there. They also accomodated our dog. The room as well as the rest of the facility was very well ordered and kept. There were no microwaves in the rooms, but if that is my biggest complaint, I really have none!! Will definantly refer my friends and family to this facility. Also liked the western motif.

“December 2005”

Arrived and was promptly checked in for a non-smoking room with a King-sized bed. My wife and I were thrilled until we walked into the room that smelled like a damp ashtray. The check-in attendants were understanding and quickly changed our room to another non-smoking room with a King-sized bed. Excellent staff response!
