The stay at the westin stonebriar was unforgetable. I espically likd the fact the resort was smoke free. the room was very clean and private.

“Not So Helpfull/ helpfull”

Loved our room and pool. Loved pretty much everything! The one thing I didn't like was that I called in three days prior to our stay to verify that we had two queen beds reserved. They told me that they couldn't help me that because we set up our trip through expedia but that there shouldn't be any issue when we check in. I checked in and guess what? They had us booked in a king size bed for me my wife and my 13 year old son. The women at the desk apologized for my inconvience and sent A rollaway up to the room. She did later get us a two bed room. She was very helpfull but the agrivation could have been avoided. Everything else was awesome!!!

I was very pleased with our stay at the Westin Stonebriar Resort. The staff is exceptional and the room exceeded our expectations. This is definitely the place we will stay on future visits. Well worth the extra dollars.

“Westin hotel-Great stay!”

We chose the Westin for our stay this past holiday. Everyone at the front entrance lobby is extremely friendly and very helpful. We wanted to move to a room a little closer to the elevator and they were happy to accomodate us. (At 25% capacity then, so they had plenty of rooms.) The price of the room was very reasonable! And, the hotel is dog-friendly, so we could take our little dog with us. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Frisco. (One minor complaint: not enough parking for guests not using valet.)

“Frisco's finest”

It was wonderful, no need for a long review, from heated pool with putting green, golf package on a pga grade course, to the softest matteress i've slept on. it was top to bottom wonderful, clean and totally hospitable! Dont' miss it.

“Wow”

We arrived at the Westin not really know what to expect and I was floored. The facilities are top notch, the staff was amazing, and the room was outstanding. I have no complaints about any aspect of our stay. Highly recommend.
