“I'll give second chance”
Hotel is in a great location across the street from the waterpark and near the other Arlington main attractions. However, our room was not clean at all. The bathroom floor was sticky, I don't think the tub had been cleaned, and the kitchenette counter was dirty. Also, it had not been dusted. We did not realize all this until the next morning because we did not arrive until very late and just went straight to bed. I did report it when we checked out that morning. Hopefully, this was just a one-time deal with an incompetent employee not cleaning, but if you book there, I would check out the room first.

“loved the stay...hated the bed”
All in all we would return here again...despite how awful we slept, it was worth every penny. Rest for some is different for each individuals, we perfer a soft comfy bed, our bed felt like a piece of concrete. If you like a hard bed, then by all means this is the place for you! The service was 5 star, their friendliness 5 star, their helpfulness 5 star, they were an awesome staff, and we loved our stay.
“I would return”
The hotel seemed to be a little older than expected. The TV definitely needed to be replaced but we didn't go to watch TV. The room had a full kitchen which always saves some money if you are staying a couple of days or longer. For a family this would be a perfect place to stay while you take in Arlington's attractions.
