“An excellent W”

W hotels are fairly predictable (which is why I stay there if I can), and the Dallas Victory property is no different. It's a beautiful, immaculate place, with attentive though slightly aloof service.

“Romantic Getaway”

I have stayed in the Westin located in TIMES SQUARE but now that I have been to the W, I don't want to stay anywhere else. I liked the fact you have to use your room keys to actually use the elevator. So that not just anybody can walk in and gain access. The room was fabulous. I liked walking into the bathroom, especially when we were coming from the pool. Which, by the way, is exactly the way we saw it from the pictures. I thought the shower/shower head was very new age contemporary. The beds were so comfortable. The hotel service is out of this world. Whatever / Whenever is a wonderful concept I wish more hotels would embrace. I regret not taking advantage of the gym, it looked clean and organized and the equipment looked new. The valet service men were polite, well groomed and professional, one of them even cleaned out the trash in my car! When we got out of the car, someone opened my door and asked how I was doing. When we first got there, they got all the luggage out of the trunk, took it to my room and they did open the door for me. The nightlife in the hotel was awesome, we didn't even need to go to a club somewhere else, I felt like everything I needed was in the hotel including Top Chef's Head Judge, Tom Collichio's four star restaurant! Excellent food, great service. I can't imagine what could have made this experience better!! GO HERE!

“Comfortable, classy and curteous staff!”

I must admit that this was one of the best hotel stays I've every experienced. the appearance, the atmoshpere and vibe of the hotel really made me feel at ease, secure and relaxed. I am usually stressed when I travel...but the W really made me feel at home. I absolutely loved the in room products from Bliss (when I returned home I immediately ordered some online). thank you for a wonderful experience.

“If you are going to the American Airlines Center- Stay at the W”

The main reason I chose the W was because of it's location to the American Airlines Center. It was very convienent to walk across the street and not have to deal with traffic. Breakfast was awesome!

The hotel is in a great location for restaurants and shopping. It is a very cool place - really nice bar for cocktails - great energy. Rooms are very well appointed - the bed is fantastic - give it a great recommendation.
