We stay when when flights through DFW require an overnight layover. Their shuttle service is efficient and driver's very courteous. Staff at the hotel are also very courteous and helpful. They serve a nice breakfast in the morning with plenty of dining area to sit. The rooms are very spacious with a sitting area, beds super comfy, and everything works. This last trip we stayed tow different days as we were in Texas to experience the eclipse. Both times the check-in was a breeze and we found out they have a small bar that is staffed for a beer or cocktail. Highly recommend and we'll continue to stay here when in DFW.

Convenient to airport. Clean and comfortable. Very spacious. Dining on premises. Breakfast was sparse, they were out of a lot of things. No hot water in the morning. The hotel was full and I don't think the hot water supply could keep up.

Was OK until i found a cockroach in my room how it got in their is beyond me but it was gross regardless, the staff reluctantly got rid of it and beyond that the food was poor in taste breakfast and the dinner, staff we're hard to understand yet I'm from their origin background too. The hotel advertises breakfast but the choices were less than desirable. There were no scrambled eggs, no bacon and it closed early every day (the excuse was that the food trucks didn’t deliver the food). Staff was friendly and accommodating, rooms were clean, and property was well kept.

The property is 15 minutes from the airport,clean and safe,friendly staff.There is a restaurant in the hotel with limited menu,but also very close to a 24 hour Dennys restaurant. We have stayed 3 times here and its always been a good experience .Coffee and tea available in the lounge ,and breakfast buffet included in the price.

We landed in DFW, I checked my itinerary and found the confirm# but no phone or how to contact to pick us up. I looked it up, the male person in a non-friendly voice said you've called the wrong# and gave me another. I called it and was again told rather abruptly, wrong#, call this one. I called and had a hard time understanding her she said she'd call me back (that was a good thing). I gave her the info I had which I did have my confirm#, I was at "parking terminal D and a 40, but I don't know where I am. After a bit of back & forth I became quite frustrated and hungup. I called back and the male answered was abrupt. I told him what my problem was and the info I had. He told me it wasn't what he needed and I needed to tell him exactly what he wanted and how. Ahhh. I hungup again and now I was in an unknown city/place and no one being helpful. I called and got another place to stay. La Quinta. They gave me the local# for La Quinta, I gave the exact same I don't know info and she said SURE, we can pick you up in 15min. Then we got into the shuttle and the guy was, I don't think I'm the one to pick you up, no worries, we'll figure it out and he did. Once I no longer was talking to Wingate but other companies, they were polite, helpful, considerate, comforting advising they would help me. And they did. Plus I love the fact that you have NO idea I didn't stay there and you've got my money for extremely horrible customer service.

Used shampoo and conditioner. Charged my card extra $50. Wasn’t that nice of a hotel was concerned about bugs in the bed while sleeping. Staff wasn’t too friendly. Only good thing is it’s close to the airport and they provide a shuttle back.
