I am currently housing 8 of my work associates at this hotel and several of them have complained they have had issues with theft in their rooms. Personal belongings and luggage/bags rifled through by housekeeping. Many of them are missing things from their bags and their personal belongings are left in disarray. Front desk has offered to reimburse them, but the issue is that it has happened on multiple occasions and they think money is going to fix the issue of broken trust between our team and theirs. We are not interested in being reimbursed, we are just waiting for our booking to expire, since they will not refund the balance if they move now. I will then move my team to a more honest and reputable establishment. I have called several times to get the issue resolved but I am always told there is no manager on call to authorize my refund. I spoke to Sandy from housekeeping who assured me the video was being reviewed for the rooms in question and a manager would call me as soon as they came on shift... it has now been over 48 hours since the initial report and 24 hours since my last call and there has been no follow up from the hotel. As a matter of fact I know no one will call because no one I spoke to ever bothered to ask for my name, company name, phone number or email address where I could be reached.I had planned to house 12 associates here for a 12 week period but I will be taking my guys and my business to a more reputable and honest establisment. Shame.
