Pros: Great staff and well maintained facility.
Cons: As we left, I requested a receipt; was told by the lady at the desk I would be emailed a receipt. 48 hours later, still no receipt.
Location: PLENTY OF GOOD PLACES TO EAT. CLOSE TO ALL MOUNTAIN ATTRACTIONS.
Wife and I took a quick mountain trip. We desired to stay within an hour of our desired destination in order to avoid the seasonal crowd. This hotel met and exceeded our desires. The staff was exemplary. I recommend it and plan to use it again.

Southern Confort

Pros: Looks and cleanliness.
Cons: nothing
Location: Plenty of restaurants near by and gas stations. Located right off the exit to the interstate.
This independently owned hotel was perfect for my family's one night stay. The hotel was super clean, staff very polite and professional. The room was perfect. I would stay anytime and recommend this hotel to anyone.

Pros: Location, cleanliness, and comfort of the beds.
Cons: The rooms closest to the front of the property unfortunately let in the noise from the road (which is pretty close.) Not sure how they could improve.
Location: Lots of nice places to eat nearby - Applebees across the street was good. There's an outlets shopping area nearby.
My room was clean, temperature in room was good, amenities were lovely, and the whole property was inviting. Staff was friendly and helpful.

2nd stay

The staff were wonderful and very helpful. The hotel could use a cleaning, as the pool was very cloudy and the hot tub was too hot. There was a baseball group staying there and the kids were pushing the luggage cart around the parking lot and running up and down the halls all very wet. The staff were attempting to keep things in order, but I felt the parents were at fault. There were many resturants around the hotel and we totally enjoyed the breakfast. Next time a group like that comes in, you need to lay down the rules for them. The kids were diving in the pool and I was waiting for someone to split their head open. Maybe get someone in there to help the desk assist the people who were staying to follow the rules set out for their safety. Will go back though, but will check who is staying, not a good thing to stay with all of those kids running through the halls and jumping in the pool.

Pros: Comfortable and nice breakfast!
Cons: Additional elevator needed, and really should offer an outdoor sunning area.
Very nice stay that turned out fantastic. Hotel and staff were great, and they offered a breakfast that we were more accustomed too (Filling). The pool and hot tub were not very large, but accommodating... it would have been a lot nicer if they would have offered these outdoors. My wife and I were both disappointed that there was nothing outdoors that would have allowed us to lay around a bit and catch some rays! The area offers just about all the eateries one could ask for nearby, and quick access to main highways.

Florida trip

The hotel was conveniently located near anything you would need. The rooms were nice, but our refrigerator leaked. The desk clerk would have relocated us if we wanted, but it wasn't a problem for us. They could use some new mattresses on the pull out couch, but otherwise the hotel was excellent and breakfast was great also! We will be going there on our way home.

Common areas were clean, but room was not. Trash on floor, food left in fridge from previous guests, bathroom needed good cleaning. Our window was open when we entered room. Shut window and turned on air. Could not talk over the noise. Cold air return vent lying on floor. Older parents wiped out from long day so we did not move rooms. Gave detailed list to clerk upon checkout and advised her not to rent room again until issues addressed. Not what I expect of Country Inns.
