Nice Hotel.Posted Nov 28, 2013
Pros: Clean, nice staff and affordable price.
Cons: Revert to "NO SMOKING" hotel.
Location: Close to I-75 and civil war battle field, etc.
No coffee pot in room. Replcement pot did't work. VERY HEAVY cigarette smoke smell in lower hall way. Probably will not stay there again because of cigarette smell.

Very nice hotel.Posted Nov 23, 2013
Pros: The hotel was close to town but away from noise, pleasant sleeping conditions.
Cons: Get new coffe pots for rooms.
Location: The location was away from down town noises and tons of things to do. Excellent place to stay and tour the Civil War Battlefield of Chickamauga.
The hotel was very clean and comfortable.

Nice for the pricePosted Aug 12, 2013
Stayed 2 nights while visiting friends. Didn't have much interaction with the staff, but they were pleasant when I did. Room was comfortable & clean.

In the realm of inexpensive hotels, it's great!Posted Aug 12, 2013 on Hotels.com
It's not the ritz, but for the price you pay this hotel was clean, had a comfortable bed and a nice lady at the front who was very helpful. If you're looking to stay in this area on a budget, I highly recommend it.

Pay the extra money and stay someplace elsePosted Aug 9, 2013
Pros: Breakfast, which most every other hotel has same breakfast.
Cons: Amenities, invest in new bedding (smokefree stays smokefree bedding and vice versa, cleanliness.
Location: Ruby falls
Arriving at 11:30 pm, front desk gave us a key that didn't work after letting her know, she gave us another room upstairs. Hauled our bags and our small children upstairs only to learn that room did not have a sofa bed (room we had reserved was a king with sofa bed). Front desk informed us that they don't have king bed suites with a sofa bed. She made a call and then let us know she had yet another room available but it would need to be cleaned first. I asked her how long that would take and she said TEN MINUTES! She wasn't lying; he finished up we went in and I feel all he did was change the sheets. The bedspread had food stuck on the underside as well as the mattress on the sofa bed. The "fresh linens" smelled like cigarette smoke and the blanket to use for the sofa bed was so old it was thinning in areas and looked like felt paper.

Nice hotel! However there is a bad smell from the smoking section of the hotel. Thank goodness our room smelled ok inside. Also beds were comfy except pillows were very flat so bring your own. Breakfast was ok.
