“best continental breakfast”

My husband thought this hotel had the best continental breakfast he has ever had - because you could make your own waffles. I chose Jamison because I have stayed there before (other locations) and loved it. I was a little disappointed by the bed, especially the comforter; it was not what I had experienced at other Jamison Inns. Also thought this location was more expensive than other locations (even with the expedia discount I had) so I think I was expecting more. Overall it was still a nice room. I like the decor, it is more like home than a standard hotel room.

Room was clean and comfortable. Personnel was extremely helpful. Breakfast bar had good selection.

Fitness room was not impressive - older machines, 1 each, and not for someone who intends to use it for a great workout The rest of the hotel was excellent - great pool and comfortable, clean rooms

The furnishings etc were very old but in fine condition and very clean. The staff was so nice that we felt right at home. My only complaint is that the heater was not on a thermostat and it was either freezing in the room or hot and dry. We received an excellent rate on expedia unpublished and I am very happy with the overall experience. We felt safe and clean. This is a great place to stay if you are on the road and need a clean place to spend the night. Cannot say enough how nice the staff was. We got there after midnight, sooo tired. They were expecting us and so pleasant. In the morning the staff chatted with us over breakfast and made sure that we had everything we needed. The breakfast room is like a big homey kitchen and facilitated comfort and conversation. Thanks.
