“Good enough”

I thought the place was a bit rundown, but the cockroaches seemed to like it just fine.

“Too busy to answer the phones”

Upon entering our room it was fine, however once in the room for 2 hours and the room hadnt cooled off any I called the front desk, it rang and rang so I hung up and called again. Once again there was no answer. I then had to walk to the office in order to report that the air wasnt working. While I was in the office, I realized that no one was answering the phone because well, to be honest the phone rang four times while I was in the office and she never answered the phone. She in fact made the comment, wow they are persistant. And the last time it rang she picked it up and hung it up. I could not believe the horrible customer service she had with her hotel guests..

“False advertizing!”

We thought we had a jacuzzi suite, with coffee maker, blow dryer in the room.. WE did get the king size bed and that was it. They are under new management, is what I was told and they had nothing in the room that they listed on there site. The picture showed our room with as a Jacuzzi and it listed a coffee maker and blow dryer in the room, NOT! and when you leave and come back, each time you have to go have your key reset, if your gone for any amount of time. It was not a good stay, but was busy with our family reunion and did have a chance to change any of the reservations. We will call to confirm, the next time we set up our room, to make sure we are getting what it shows on the web site.

“Didn't expect anything, somehow this place was still below expectations”

Worst stay of my life. Room advertised and paid for was not available. What we got was mildew in the bathrooms, unclean carpets and beds, and crumbling stairwells. Can't comment on the continental breakfast, because by morning, we didn't dare try. Buyer beware.
