The food is totally not fresh, Very limited variety of food, no basic drink such orange juice.. the room is ok. Large and clean, but sure not in 5 stars standard. I’ll rate this hotel a 4 stars too.

The property is spacious and clean. Rooms are exceptionally big which is a definite plus point. Gym facility excellent. Recreation room good.

Huge and empty
This huge hotel was half empty, partly due to the monsoon and partly because it was built to house a casino which never got a license. It is in an industrial area with little around it. There were more staff than guests but service was haphazard and slow. Locals say it is the best hotel in the area????

Very good hotel but some aspects needs improvement
We stayed for 2 nights. Hotel is excellent and clean. Staff is rude as they don't smile or even wish morning. Staff is not attentive and they can chase you for anything you haven't paid before you get your room. I have shared my experience with Duty Manager Mr.Anurag. Staff needs training. Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast spread is good.

comfortable stay in luxury
this is the only place in daman to visit. daman is very poor in terms of tourism and has to offer almost nothing at all. Very shabby beaches and some ruined forts. Hotel is nice with all the amenities in place. Breakfast has lots of varieties and both english n indian breakfast satisfies your hunger to the fullest. Quality of food is really good. Adult game room is small and is equipped to handle not more than 12-14 players at a time. It definitely needs improvement to handle more crowd in tourist season. we went in off season and could comfortably play without any waiting hassel. Changing room near the swimming pool was stinking a bit but swimming pool is very well maintained and they have life guards on duty all the time for any emergency. Pool side bar ambience is completely disappointing as it is empty and they serve the alcohol from the restaurant which takes time. We had opted for a deluxe room with a pool side view. In room condition is very good and all the in room amenities are luxurious and comfortable.

Very bad experience
The hotel is under construction from years and years. The casino theme is being taken too far in all the decor and casino is not build only and its never gonna be their due to lack of permission by government still they say themselves as hotel and casino giving false information to public. Except for the room and its cleanliness nothing in hotel is worth staying for.

Great property but extremely irritating DJ music from 7 - 10pm. Guest come there to relax and not be irritated by the extremely pound and bad music by the DJ. Inspite of calling the reception several times and requesting them to lower the volume or turning it off as there weren't any people dancing, they did not bother doing anything about it.

A hotel on the way to 5 stars
The Deltin Daman is a great hotel. Business people desire comfort when traveling.The Deltin delivers with great beds, well designed bathrooms, excellent security and free wifi(albeit slow). I slept very well every night. My room was impeccably clean. Shoes were placed in line with show laces inside. The food is very good with adequate selection. Fresh fruit was available with breakfast along with about any egg, French toast or pancake option imaginable. Hard liquor is limited to local product as per law. The staff was exceptionally attentive. After my first day they new what I wanted and were quick to respond. This is a very good choice to stay. If I return to the area I will definitely return to the Delkin.
