“Not Impressed”
I was disappointed with the size, quality, and cleanliness of our room.
“My area favorite!”
While it was more costly than others in the area I think it's well worth it. It was perfectly clean, the staff was fantastic, it is excellently maintained and very convenient for our use. We visit the area regularly to see our family and have tried the other hotels on the same road. They are all pretty good and less expensive but this place is worth the extra money spent.
“Nice, but uneven performance”
This was my second stay at the Berkshire Best Western. I came back because the overall value of the first stay was so high. The disappointment of having a room not quite ready for my wife and me on the first night was compounded on the second morning of our stay when the breakfast area ran out of different kinds of food. I went to the area for a breakfast sandwich and some yogurt -- none were there. I told the man at the front desk, who noted the absence of the items, but did nothing about it. I guess it was okay for me to go hungry that morning. Overall, we still like the hotal. The price was right, the accommodations and location were right, but the staff -- this time -- was inert and inattentive.
“Pleasant Surprise”
I have family nearby so I stay in the area several times a year. This was my first time at the Best Western. Room was terrific (king with a small couch), continental breakfast was okay, hotel was clean and quiet and staff members were helpful. Best of all, the price was right, at a level with some "budget" hotels in the vicinity that are not nearly as nice as this place. Highly recommend.
