“Great place to stay”

We have stayed here often and the staff is always helpful. The rooms are always clean and well appointed. It is clean dependable and reasonable. Nice bar and lounge area highly reccommend

“Comfortable friendly place”

The public spaces were lovely, with pretty seasonal decorations. All staff were professional and friendly. We were told that a total renovation would be undertaken "soon". It would help the battered desk & wobbly lights in our room.

The room (jr king suite) was comfortable but small. Its decorated very nice. The bathroom was very nice and extremly clean. If you have the money to splurge its nice. If you are on a budget, stay somewhere cheaper, you won't miss anything.

Ethan Allen is my hotel of choice when staying in the Danbury area. My occupation requires at least 1-2 weeks of travel each month. For the quality, price, location and comfort our company is receiving a great value.

Food was great but if you need internet access availablility was poor. I had to call the provider twice to get it restored.

“Convenient location and good price performer”

This hotel has easy access to major routes such as 84 and 684. It's also close to Danbury Mall. The traditional furnishings make for a very comfortable stay, though it seems a bit dated. We found it to be very quiet - mostly business travelers. Given the price compared to other hotels in the area, we will definitely consider returning here.

The hotel was clean and very close to I-84. I would avoid the breakfast brunch, it was expensive and the food was awful.
