We chose this hotel over others in the area for the pool (for the kids) and the pool was horrendously disgusting. The water was cloudy, the whole room smelled like a fish tank and therewas a green rim along the edge of the pool. So gross. The room was great and clean. But I, unfortunately, wouldn't return.

The room was very clean however the heater was extremely loud ,after ordering breakfast i was told it wasnt included ,after she explained breakfast was free or you get rewards points,i paid 35 dollars for 2 belgium waffles & 8 sausage links

Hotel is under renovation where most rooms and now been remodeled. Comfy beds. We didn’t hear any construction noise at all Room service must be requested which I did with no issue. Hot breakfast was available as was continental for an additional charge. I’d definitely stay there again

Need coffee in the morning
The only issue was there were no K- cups for coffee. Their big coffee pot in the morning was not good and not hot. We ended up at Starbucks- which is actually walking distance

If you aren’t happy….say so
Started poorly. Arrived 1am after long delays enroute. We were given a completely inadequate room which had a medicinal smell, peeling wallpaper and everything was old. However, when we complained the next day we were switched to a newly renovated room on the second floor which served our needs perfectly.

We have stayed before and had better experiences. Our room was musty and damp. Shower had drywall screwed to the ceiling with no finishing. Called to share and was told someone would get back to me but that did not happen. No receipt was ever received either

Don’t waste your money
The hotel was under construction and we were given an old room that was so damp it felt like camping. But it was fine because we weren’t there much, then when we went to check out the next day and load our car we discovered our license plate was STOLEN off of our car. The front desk staff were very rude to us about it, lied and told us that it never happens there, told us there was no video footage of it when we could see a video camera right in front of our car and other employees and the police officer we called told us that this happened there all the time. Horrible facilities, damp, terrible staff and apparently located in a high theft area.

The hotel definitely needs updates. The restaurant sucked, expensive and unkept. Most would prefer a breakfast bar. The employees were not helpful and rude. We stayed on first floor near pool because of granddaughter. Room had not been renovated but was clean and quiet. Would not stay there again.

This place was disgusting. If you have to stay here be sure to avoid any rooms on the first level, you’ll thank me I promise. We booked two rooms and at first we’re given room on the first floor which we had to vacate due to the overwhelming odor of mildew and mold. The rugs in both rooms felt damp as well as in the hall ways. The front desk moved us to the 2nd floor without any hesitation as if they were aware of these issues. They weren’t great but did not come with overwhelming odors. However the privacy latch on one room was broken and the mattresses felt like sleeping on rocks. Never again would i stay here. The pool is a joke, and definitely not worth a visit. This hotel is poorly maintained and not cleaned properly. Wish I could get my money back because this hotel was not close to Hilton standards and I will never stay at another Hilton or any establishment associated with them.

Had adjoining rooms, and showers were broken in both rooms-one room you could only bathe, second room minimal hot water and drain didn’t drain. Discussed with front office staff with no solution. Otherwise, average hotel.

We’ve stayed here before and everything was great. This time, the pool was under maintenance so couldn’t swim, and our tv did not work most of the time. It kept just saying bad signal. I realize this isn’t really anyone’s fault but coming here after a long day at Legoland with kids with no tv or pool was a bummer.

This is a way past it's prime hotel. The room is large and bed good. But the place is dingy. Carpeting frayed; overall feeling of the opposite of plushness Wouldn't be worth commenting on if it was priced for what it is, as opposed to what it is supposed to be - a nice Hilton hotel. For just short of a dump, it is just too much money.

The place has needed renovations for a long time. My tub looked dirty on the bottom but I believe it was rust since it didn’t wash away. The rugs in the hall were worn and buckling. I had to wait almost five minutes to check in because the woman said excuse me and walked away to talk with someone while I stood there. I’ll never come back…
