Decent HotelPosted Nov 24, 2013
Pros: Price, location, bed
Cons: Bathroom could be a little cleaner.
Location: Half hour from Kent School and South Kent School. Lovers Leap state park was nice. Downtown Kent is nice if you like boutiques and art galleries.
Bed was clean and comfortable. Bathroom could have been cleaner. A little worn but overall was ok. Breakfast was pretty good.

Don't stay unless absolutely necessaryPosted Nov 3, 2013
This place is pretty creepy. Deserted, but from my room on the third floor you could hear the highway noise. The walls are paper thin and so you can hear EVERYTHING from the rooms next to you. The place is old and dingy - took me five minutes to find the light switch in the bathroom and then when i went to take a kleenex out of the box mounted to the wall, the entire contraption fell off the wall. It seemed clean enough and the tv worked just fine. No clock, which was a pain.

Experinec of staying one nightPosted Oct 18, 2013
Pros: In the middle of a small town with great facilities.
Cons: Have a bar.
Location: We came on a business mission and did not have time to explore neighborhoods. Plan to come over.
We stayed for only one nigh and the overall expericence was very pleasing. The staff was very helpful in advising about the restaurants in the neighborhood.

Basic hotel, but at an OK pricePosted Sep 30, 2013
This hotel is basically OK, but could be a lot better (and a really great value for the price) with just a little more effort. The "fitness center" needs a lot of work, as well as some curtains on the windows to prevent the unbearable heat from the sun. I commend them for trying to provide a hot breakfast item (many hotels do not go that far), but the quality of the eggs and sausage were absolutely the worst I have ever had. Room was OK, but again, a few small upgrades would go a long way.

a little better than average, decent hotel.Posted Sep 9, 2013 on Hotels.com
I've stayed here on 3 occasions, and this is a perfectly adequate hotel for business travel. Convenient to I-84 with a good surrounding area. The hotel is about halfway through the lifespan of its most recent refresh, so it's in good shape but not perfect. The staff has been nothing but accommodating and friendly. Breakfast is small, but similar to that of most similarly priced rooms. For just a few dollars more you can book the suite which makes for a good sized room with a couch. The mattresses are good, the bathroom is adequate but could use updating. If you book here and go "where the heck is the lightswitch in the bathroom?" It's the little horizontal rocker switch above the outlet, it's a little confusing to try and find in the dark.

Very nice stay at an affordable price!Posted Aug 15, 2013
I was a little leary about staying here, but was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the air conditioner was nice and quiet. I stayed at a different hotel in Danbury a couple of weeks ago, and the air conditioner was so loud it impeded out sleep. The breakfast was also pretty good: waffles, scrambled eggs (albeit the premade kind), sausage, yogurts, bagels, toast, fruit and cereal. The coffee was good too! Overall I was very happy with the value.

Everything was greatPosted Jul 25, 2013 on Hotels.com
It was great, clean, good service, delicious breakfast, friendly people. The only complaint was that there were a group of children from camp using people in the morning. Besides that I would go again.

Basic roomPosted Jul 13, 2013
Cons: Attention to details.NAA
It was a basic room. There were only 3 hangers , and our request for more was not forthcoming. However our request for coffee was fulfilled immediately.

Good solid hotelPosted Jul 1, 2013 on Hotels.com
Good hotel. Breakfast area gets a little conjested, could have used one more table. Shampoo would have been nice, don't know if it was left out or never given. Otherwise everything was good and working and comfortable and Applebees is across the street.
