Pros: The suites.
Cons: Make sure heat etc. works in all rooms before renting them. Perhaps you could consider extending breakfast hours on the day after thanksgiving.
Location: We were near relatives. We are not Aware of things nearby.
Overall, we we're unite happy with our stay. It was a bit pricey for what we got but since we were traveling with 3 children (15, 21, 23) it was better to have a suite. The room my husband and I shared had a heater that didn't work. We didn't complain about it since I have hot flashes and love sleeping in the cold. He was chilly, found the mattress uncomfortable and had a bad nights sleep. I on the other hand had a great sleep! My kids who got the beds had a good sleep....the one on the pullout sofa bed, not so much. It was too crowded to get breakfast.

Pros: Cleanliness, comfort, and great staff
My father-in-law and sister-in-law loved it. Newly remodeled, looked like other Springhill Suites I have stayed at. My sister-in-law raved about the comfort and great staff. Also the breakfast was perfect for them. They really enjoyed their stay and would stay again.

The complimentary breakfast was great, however may I suggest you invest in more then one waffle maker. 3 of them would be sufficient, however you have only 1. I noticed the line was extremely backed up and adults telling children who were in line that they were there first. One child stood up to the adult and said they were in line and she was not. Coodos to the child. The fact is it could have been avoided with additional equipment. The crowd you have warrants the additional expense. Thank you for taking the time to read my suggestion.

Great hotel but wrong info.Posted Sep 2, 2013 on Hotels.com
Everything was great. The only issue i had was wrong information on hotels.com site about the location of the hotel. It showed that it was only 24 miles from US Military Academy when in fact it is 45 miles away. I had originally booked the hotel because it was only 24 miles away from West Point.
