Pros: Great staff - friendly, accommodating, responsive.
Cons: Facilities are a little dated and could stand to be modernized, renovated.
Great stay, friendly staff, excellent location. Rooms very neat, clean and comfortable - but needs to be renovated.

Nice hotel for the price.

We stayed for the night on our way back home. The staff is nice and the hotel is clean.

Pros: The staff were friendly, the breakfast was fine and fresh.
Cons: the curtains need to be able to close and block out parking lot lights.
check in was fast, room was clean, water was hot

Dissapointed in stay

Hallway smelled like smoke even though I was in a non-smoking room. It was obvious that the remodel was cheaply done. Walls were paper thin. Breakfast was out of many of the food items. Not the quality I expect from a Holiday Inn Express. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, however.

Hope you dont mind smoking rooms

Everything was fine except that I booked a non-smoking room and when I got there I was told that my room had been taken already. I had booked this room more than a month in advance.

Good but not Great

The hotel staff was very friendly and nice. The rooms were clean; however, we are non-smokers. The room we were in had only a hint of smoke smell; however the hall was strong and at 2 a.m. I awoke and could not sleep for an hour because the smoke was so strong in our room. I believe the room next to us was a smoking room. They need an entire floor for no smoking.
