“Restful stopover”

Everything was ready for us at check-in -- so was quick and efficient. Beds were comfortable, room was clean. Good breakfast, friendly staff. Nice quiet night and morning.

This hotel was right off the expressway. Not a lot of restaurants around, but a few. Hotel staff was courteous and helpful. Breakfast was great and plentiful. Room was clean.

“Quality Comfort”

The lady at the check in desk greeted me warmly and pulled up my reservation immediately. She answered my question about parking and how to get to our room. She also told me the times breakfast was available and where it was served. In all, I was at the desk less than five minutes. The room was clean and nicely decorated. We were very comfortable during our stay.

We had a wonderful stay while at the Holiday Inn Express in Dandridge. The room was clean and very comfortable. The staff was wonderful and very friendly. There was a well stocked breakfast bar with actual food, not just pastries. I would return again without hesitation, had a great stay and highly recommend !!

“Excellent Experience”

Could be more pleased and, quite frankly, was pleasantly surprised at the total quality of our stay. This was my first experience at a HIE and it definitely exceeeded my expectation (and restored my interest in HI).

Checkin was quick and without unexpected fees or headaches. Hotel was nice, room very clean (no bedbugs....we checked). Very satisfied overall. Nothing to do at checkout except leave!

“Great value”

We arrived late after driving from TX for 15 hrs. and the staff had our room ready to go. we spent a quiet, peaceful night, and the breakfast the next morning was just what we needed to get us going. We will definitely stay here again when we bring our son to college in the fall.

“Great small town hospitality.”

I rented two rooms and on the date I was to arrive the weather turned cold (65 degree days to 40 degree days, temp when we arrived was a cold 25) the staff went into the room and made sure the room was a cozy 70 degrees. They even suggested a couple of local restaurants and then called and made us reservations. The staff even went to the rooms and filled up the jacuzzi tubs, so they would be waiting for us on our return to the hotel. Best customer service I have had from a small town hotel.
