Very accomodating--the staff was teriffic! The only problem was that the outside pool was closed, but not really the staff's problem

“Perfect for what we needed”

We were looking for a place that was not to far from Boston, but far enough to relax and visit other parts of the Northeast. This Hotel fit that spot.

“Good value for the money”

Not the cheapest hotel, nor the most conveniently located to Gloucester, but still a nice place. All the fixtures are in good shape (the TV could use updating, but I rarely watch TV while on the road), and the staff was particularly helpful. It was booked absolutely solid while we were there, which sort of played havoc with the continental breakfast--but then again, only the Starship Enterprise could provide enough food quickly enough for the horde of locusts that descended on that breakfast. The route into Gloucester is easy and quick, so if you're looking for a place, sign up with confidence--you'll be happy with it.

This hotel is a short drive to both Boston and Salem. It was a great place to stay when we saw both cities.

Great hotel with a friendly staff and clean comfortable rooms. The "make-you-own-waffles" for breakfast is a nice touch that everyone in our party enjoyed. The only reason I gave it a 4/5 for service is because we waited 20 minutes for the desk clerk to show up when we checked in. To be fair, she was getting directions for another guest.

“Great and Affordable Option!”

We were on a tight budget and, given how inexpensive this hotel was compared to others in the greater Boston area, I was prepared to sacrifice a bit on comfort and cleanliness...no need! Our rooms were clean, large, and extremely comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

Have spent time at this hotel on 3 seperate occasions. Place is clean, beds are comfortable, room has space to move around in and the complimentary breakfast is great!

If you're looking for an affordable and comfortable place to stay if planning a trip to Salem, Mass. this is definately the place to stay. It's just outside of Salem so the price is right, but close enough that it takes minutes to get to your destination. The beds are extremely comfortable and the breakfast which includes a waffle bar is incredible! Truly makes the stay all that much more affordable... you don't have to spend money on breakfast every morning! Overall, our stay was great!

stayed for 3 nights and found it very clean,comfortable and affordable.Staff were very friendly but you will need a car if you wish to travel to boston or salem,which was our main destination.
