I stay here when visiting my son at a local college. The rooms are clean and spacious, the staff is always polite and helpful and the breakfast is a nice option. The common areas of the hotel are a bit run down but overall, this is a good value in this area.

Convenient Location

A bit worn around the edges. Staff were very friendly. Didn't love the heating system which had the room too cold or too hot.

Clean, quiet and comfortable.

We stayed here while visiting the Salem / Marblehead and Boston areas. It was nice enough; clean and comfortable. A little disappointed that there wasn't a hot tub by the pool, which would have been a welcome treat after walking the streets all day. It is an expensive place to travel from if you don't have a car and there's not much in walking distance.

35 minutes to Boston or Logan

For some reason the first night we were assigned a handicapped room which left a lot o be desired. We voiced our displeasure to the desk clerk in the morning and without hesitation she changed our room to a beautiful room with a very comfortable king sized bed. The room had obviously been remodeled and furnished tastefully. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. This will be our go-to place when in the Boston area.
