Close to the freeways and to 3 shopping malls.

Posted Apr 17, 2014
Pros: The friendliness of the staff, and the bed, one of the best in years.
Location: The hotel is located near the main freeway and 3 shopping malls.
My daughter and me stay there 6 nights in a business trip. The reception staff was outstanding, friendly, very helpful and in particular Benjamin. The room was what we expected for the price we paid. If it is true that they are a little old, but it was very clean, the microwave and the fridge were helpful too. I might say that the bed was one of the best I slept in years in a hotel, and the bed sheets were of a first class hotel. Breakfast was basic, but good, enough to begin the day, plus always were fresh fruits, eggs, yogurts and waffles. It was also nice to have the coffee, tea, cocoa and milk 24 hours in the lobby. I would recommend this hotels to those who are looking for a clean, comfortable, friendly hotel with an excellent price.

Nice hotel.

Pros: I felt that the breakfast was excellent.
Location: I was frustrated that the entrance was difficult to locate.
Everything was acceptable and as advertised. That is all I have to say.

Fine, but not that great

Posted Apr 14, 2014
Location: Location was a bit confusing at night - quite a few one-way streets. There was very little near the hotel. You need to drive to go to a store.
This was an okay experience. The hotel and room were reasonably clean and up to date. My room was at the end of a hall, so it was pretty quiet until someone came in to the room next door and turned on the TV. Must be pretty thin walls. I was glad that didn't go on very long. Door had a latch lock, but the deadbolt did not work. I was too tired to switch rooms. I was going to tell reception when I checked out, but he was on the phone and just waived me off. Breakfast is pretty bland.

The hotel is slightlydated. Stains on the walls.

Posted Apr 7, 2014
Pros: Staff, location, ample outles for charging electronics
Cons: comfort
Location: shopping, dining, location to other venues
I only slept there and had breakfast. All was ok, the chair at the desk was a little less than comfortable.

Great hotel that took care of the SNOW!

Posted Dec 17, 2013
Pros: The room was safe and super clean. The indoor pool was a joy for the kids. Breakfast was hot and fresh. Would stay again.
Cons: The elevators are small, but adequate.
Location: Lots of shopping and resturants close by- easy highway access too.
We stayed here for one night to attend a sporting event and could not have had a better, more comfortable stay.

Great price

Posted Nov 18, 2013
Pros: Very close to a conference I attended. The price was very good and the room very comfortable and clean.
Location: I was there on business so not able to seek out things to do. There were a lot of brochures available with many options for the Boston area.

Had everything I needed for quick trip to visit the grandchildren and not overspend for a room. Included breakfast which was so worth the price for the overnight stay.

Nice stay, but pillows and wi-fi were terrible.

Posted Nov 12, 2013
Pros: Friendly staff, relatively clean, affordable.
Cons: The Wi-fi and the the pillows.
Location: Location was not bad, plenty to do and eat near by.
Everything was fine with the room, but the small square pillows on the King sized bed were a real pain to try and sleep comfortably with. We requested a full size pillow at the desk and they insisted the small ones were normal and all that they had. A real disappointment there. Also, the free wi-fi that was supposedly available in the room was so slow that we couldn't even check our e-mail. Further disappointment. Other than that, nice hotel to stay at.

A Better Bargain than staying in Boston

Posted Nov 12, 2013
Pros: Easy to get to, free parking and breakfast, clean, efficient check-in and check-out.
Cons: A large tour group was already eating breakfast. Nowhere to sit. Some food had just been put into warming trays and was still cold.
Location: About 18 miles north of Boston, near Route 1. We headed back into Boston the next day.
We are on a budget and didn't want to pay the price to stay downtown Boston. For 1/3 the price, we had a lovely room, a breakfast with many options, and free parking. It was a great deal!
