Very comfortable

Posted May 20, 2015
Pros: Location and comfort.
Location: Was only there for one night, passing through.
Comfortable beds, linens, and even pillows. They seem to be "down alternative". I don't know why more hotels don't use those--they're washable and much more comfortable than fiberfill. Also had regular outlets AND USB outlets, right on the nightstand. What a treat!

The hotel was everything that we desired

Posted May 12, 2015
Pros: The location close to freeways, tourist attractions such as Salem, Rockport and Glouster
Cons: The access to Uber, Lyft or more Taxi services available
Location: Historical Sights, Rockport, Shopping Centers, Beaches, Glouster, New Hampshire.
The hotel had quick access to the freeway, an excellent continental breakfast and location was in a safe and friendly town.

Comforting Stay for Bereavement Trip

Posted Apr 26, 2015
Pros: Convenient, clean, comfortable, friendly staff, and cost effective (although that is NOT why we chose it, and would not be a factor in choosing again.
Cons: Can't improve the parking due to the topography, but it can be a bit of a challenge!
Location: Family.
Because we have stayed at this Comfort Inn a few times in the past when visiting family, we choose it again for an unplanned, unexpected trip for a family member's wake and funeral. Mary, who had spoken to me on the phone the day before our arrival, went out of her way to accommodate us with an early check in so that we could make it to the wake on time. She was also kind and solicitous of our comfort and needs. The room, as usual, was clean, comfortable, and attractive. We would definitely stay here again any time we need to visit the North Shore.

Just okay

Pool was dirty early in the morning. Lots of hair floating around. When I asked how often they clean it, the front desk rep said "I think every day." Broken shower also.

Quite comfortable!

Posted Apr 17, 2015
Pros: Comfy beds/pillows.
Location: Town of Danvers is about 5 minutes by car. Other than that I don't know the area.
Booked this room as a stopover on a mother-daughter college tour. Room with 2 double beds was clean & spacious. Beds had white comforters and super comfortable pillows. Slept well. Breakfast was pretty good too--eggs, sausage, make your own waffles, etc. Price was good for the Boston area!

Fun Swimming while it was snowing

The staff and accomodations were great. The pool may have had too much chlorine though. My boys skin was raw and red in patches sparingly around their body. Nothing some cream couldn't handle. Had a Great Time.

Better than we expected

We stayed at the Comfort Inn because we were taking the kids to Coco Key right down the road. The location worked great for what we needed it for. The staff was very friendly. Check in and out was quick and easy. I thought the room itself was great. We have 2 five year olds and a room with 2 queen beds worked out perfectly. We couldn't get enough of the pool. It was heated (and 15 degrees outside) and the kids absolutely loved it. I think we saw one other person using it the entire time so it was really nice. The kids didn't want to leave. It was a great experience for us - we'd do it again.
