Sad for a Hilton.Posted Apr 14, 2014
Pros: The beds were comfortable.
Cons: Get an electrician and refrigerators.
Location: 1/2 hour ride to the T to get into Boston. Otherwise, nothing to do!
When I arrived, the lobby was beautiful. Unfortunately, it went downhill. When I checked in, I was given my room key, but wasn't told how to get to my room or given any other useful information, which I am used to with other hotels. When I arrived in my room (on the Honors floor), I was hit was the smell of stale cigarettes. The room had no refrigerator, so any doggy bags were useless. I had no idea where the ice machine was located. The electric outlets in the bathroom didn't work properly, causing my to think my hair tools were broken and forcing me to spend money on new ones. Overall, I was very disappointed. Hilton's usually are better than this!

Very nice staff!Posted Apr 10, 2014
Pros: The kind, friendly staff.
Cons: The food in the bar area.
Location: Not much to do near by that I know of.
I stayed at the DoubleTree for business. I was placed in a handicapped room, but when I called the Front Desk, the clerk found me another room and gave me free breakfast all week! Loved it! Disappointed in the restaurant food in the evening. It's not up to the quality I've had there before.

Cons: When ordering room service I had hoped they would offer the purchase of a cake for maybe a small party in the room. I had me son and nephews with m
Location: It is right off of route 1 and it is joined to Coco key water park
The staff was very cheerful and it was great there was no wait. The rooms were attractive and comfortable. We stayed here last year because CoCo key is in the hotel. I was happy I received excellent service again on our second stay.

Okay for the Water Park or a ConventionPosted Jan 28, 2014 on Hotels.com
We stayed here overnight (two adults) in conjunction with a convention we go to. I was dismayed not to have a fridge in the room - 25 bucks to get one - they said they have them in the family rooms. The first room we had was 4th floor in the corner. Around 10 pm the people next door got in and made a racket - slamming doors, loud conversations, kids yelling, etc. There are a lot of kids at this hotel due to the water park, no fault of the hotel but it was generally noisy. By around 11:30 we had enough and asked for another room. To give credit to the hotel they found us a room and moved us very quickly. The new room was by comparison very quiet. This year the room was also ready a little earlier that the 4pm check in. Otherwise the room was clean, toiletries were nice, crabtree & evelyn. Overall I think next year we will just drive back home - for the price we paid and lack of room amenities (fridge) it is not worth it - wondering if we can check in an relax and if it will be loud or a hassle.

family vk at double tree Danvers maPosted Dec 28, 2013 on Hotels.com
While I appreciated the staff'willingness to meet our needs, post arrival, they were not prepared to receive us in terms of the room acomodations. We booked this hotel primarily for the coco keys water park but it seamed that they are two completely different entities every disconnected from each other.

Everything needed for convention was in hotelPosted Nov 20, 2013 on Hotels.com
The regular dining room was closed during dinner hours so they directed us to the bar where they were serving the full menu. However, they were severely understaffed. It took a really long time to be waited on and they were stressed so not very friendly!
