“Good rate but for a reason”

Lots of kids there for several functions including the Water Park next door, so be prepared to wait for the elevator. Breakfast buffet ($18 ea.) was the SECOND worst I have eaten at, go to the canteen in the lobby or another venue. Awkward entrance route from I-95 so study your google map or GPS beforehand.

“Overall satisfied”

Overall pleased with stay. Room faced highway so there was some traffic noise, but not too bad. Staff provided adjoining rooms and crib. Disappointed that pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance, especially over Valentine's Day. Well-equipped exercise rooms. Hotel was in process of upgrading to HD television channels. Restaurants were pricey. Staff missed door hanger for breakfast room service, so kitchen staff expedited service and didn't charge us for that meal. No exhaust fan in bathroom. Comfortable beds.

“Great family hotel”

Great stay for my family. Nice family rooms- the kids had their privacy. The pool was nice. All of the staff were very kind and helpful. The bellman even tied my five year olds shoe. I would recommend this to any family. Short ride onto Boston.

“Don't book it”

We booked through Expedia. We had a room in the basement of the hotel that was not ventilated so well. Temperature control was very hard, too hot or too cold. We had a room that had two childrens beds in it, not the suite I thought it would be with a couch or lounge chairs. Too expensive for nothing, no breakfast, no real comfort. Won't be back or recommend it to anyone
