Frequent flyer.

Pros: Convenient and complete at a very reasonable price.
Cons: They do very well.
Location: It is conveniently located on Route 1. It is handy to Salem State University, Endicott College and Gordon College. It is also near seaports.
I have stayed here two or three times a year for the past six or seven years. This last stay was a quick overnight stay due to business nearby. The motel is a very convenient location, clean, comfortable, with a pleasant staff and convenient amenities. Very happy with continental breakfast (mostly bagels in off-season, but includes Danish, English muffins, and cereal in busy season.). I intend to stay again when a need arises.

Perfect for what I need.

Posted Jan 16, 2015
Pros: Rooms are clean and functional, having Internet access, a small refrigerator and microwave in each room.
Cons: They are already updating the flooring in the main lobby.
Location: Close enough to Boston, NH, and Maine discount stores.
This motel is located halfway between the places I need to go. Prices are right for me.

Pros: Convenient
Cons: More plush bedding
Location: Able to drive easily to Boston and surrounding areas
Easy checkin and friendly staff, good parking. Location tucked a little away, but easy access to the highway and to boston, where we had family.

Nice hotel close enough to Salem and Boston

Posted Nov 10, 2014
Pros: Location, quietness, nice staff.
Cons: Eventually it could use a complete upgrade as far as décor and exterior appearance.
Location: Boston and Salem were about a 20 minute drive give or take a few minutes depending on traffic or time of day. Exactly what we were looking for.
My sister and I were planning a weekend away on the cheap side...this place was the cheapest around and is a great "diamond in the rough". If you are traveling to the area to site see and need a place to sleep this is it. Nice rooms, even though old...but still clean and larger than expected. Very simple breakfast spread, but enough to fill you up. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone planning on traveling to the area who are on a budget and don't need to stay in brand new places. It may be an older hotel, but it still does what it has to in order to be a nice place to stay.

You get what you pay for...

Posted Oct 29, 2014
Pros: I liked the price, as is was about a third of what it would have cost to stay in Salem.
Cons: The condition of the rooms could have been improved. They are very dated.
Location: As I stated, it is a convenient drive to Salem and the surrounding area has plenty of stores and restaurants.
I like to go to Salem, MA every year around Halloween, but accommodations in Salem are very expensive. For the past two years, I have stayed here and its not bad. There is a convenient 15 minute drive into Salem and there are plenty of stores/restaurants nearby the motel for anything I need. The rooms are a bit out-of-date, but they are clean the continental breakfast is a nice way to start the day.
