“Overall not bad”

This was an alright hotel, clean but no elevator to get our heavy suitcase up the stairs.

“Evening Desk Clerk”

While this hotel was just what we were looking for, for a girls get away, the evening desk clerk couldn't have been more "bothered" that we were checking in. When we made the reservations, we were promised rooms together. When we checked in there weren't 2 rooms together. We were travelling with a toddler, and they put us on the 2nd floor. There was no elevator to get all the stuff that comes with a toddler upstairs with, not to mention that our friends were going to be on the 1st floor. That was a bunch of BS, she didn't even bother to look and see if there was something on the 1st floor, after 15 minutes of complaining and finding out there was no elevator, she conveniently found a room for us. Not sure if I will go back.

“Just Ok”

The room was spacious and clean. The decor etc OK. The front desk people were friendly. The pillows were hard. There was some banging or construction going on next door at 6:30 am. That coupled with a loud couple next door and I didn't get much sleep. Luckily, it was the last day of my drive. I doubt I would go back to the same hotel, but it's not really the hotels fault
