Hotel is undergoing renovations, I hope our room wasn't one of the completed ones. Outlets/lights didn't work, furniture was in rough condition, TV remote didn't have full function (power and volume not working), toilet ran through if the lever wasn't lifted after flushing, shower curtain leaked all over the bathroom floor, paint splatter everywhere, hair dryer falling off the wall, bed platform was broken, dust/mold on back of bathroom door, it was hard to find employees when you needed anything, breakfast coffee was empty by 8am, waffle batter was gone too, sausage was overcooked. It wasn't all bad, the linens were clean, the heater was quiet and worked well, it was quiet in the hotel and the staff was friendly when you could find them.

Renovations were underway which is why the overall rating is good. The staff at the front desk were excellent and made some excellent dining decisions.

The water noise is constant all throughout the evening and night constantly turning off and on every few seconds. Something is wrong with their pipes. The cleaning is not thorough - the tub drain was not clean, half used toilet roll, tissue box only had 3 or 4 sheets in it. Breakfast is all cold and sugary items only.

Evrihig almost fine, the bad think was the left wall , have a short circuit in the stand lamp, desk lamp, coffe maker we couldnt used. because was turning onn and off, we dont mention to the service desk , because was a holliday AND WE DONT THINK THEY HAVE MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL AVAILABLE AND WE DONT WANT TO MOVE EVERITHING TO ANOTHER ROOM. i HOPE THEY FIXED, BEFOR SOMETHING HAPPEN.

The staff is always super nice and the rates are really good through your site. They need to do better cleaning. Mold around tub and toilet caulking and tile. Grab bar had been moved in the tub and they didn’t even cover up the holes. Stink bugs crawling on the lamps. Cleaning people so so loud in hallways in the a.m. need to respite paying customers

The Bathroom was really dirty and the bed wasn’t clean and the floor was dirty and mold was on the tub the staffing was extremely kind and friendly and the room smells like dirt and mold nothing was rub down or clean

The hotel was completely outdated. Rugs, walls, bathroom, elevator, lobby, and the breakfast area need to be RENOVATED. Amber at the front desk with the pink hair acted really strange, not too friendly but more suspicious acting. And the room smells moldy.The drapes were dark, the bed box spring broken. Scale 1-10…I give it a 2.

The staff was very accommodating and helpful. The property however, is falling apart. The first room we were given had a large hole in the ceiling. The second room was originally locked from the inside. Other than the the rooms have peeling and water damage. The room also have odd stains all over and damaged furniture.

This has been my third time at this property within the last 7 years. I'm originally from Danville so the location is not an issue. The property is overall disappointing in because there have been no improvements to the rooms or amenities. When I stayed here last year I saw signs that said "renovations in progress" but didn't see any then. This trip, I put in a handicapped room on the first floor, but that's not what I requested. I was immediately underwhelmed as there were no improvements made to the room to make it esthetically pleasing. The carpet was old, the walls had scratches, chipped paint, and several electrical outlets didn't work. I used the in-house gym but disappointed that the gym looked the exact same way as when I first stayed almost 8 years ago. There were no towels and nothing to wipe the equipment off. The housekeepers were literally slamming the vacuum cleaner against the door with every pass. Once I finally exited the hotel room, there were still large clumps of dirt left in the carpet that were still there when I came back in the evening. I must have been next to the room for the staff because I heard laughing and talking all night long. The walls are thin in that I heard all showers and people using the restroom all night. I was disappointed before, but this was it for me. This is the last time I will stay at the Quality Inn.

Fantastic Service!
Property is nice. Room was typical but could use some updating. However, the customer service was AMAZING. Breakfast bar was good. Desk staff was super nice & helped with every question or need. Even shared fresh baked cookies with us! We will stay here again.

The breakfast was good. We checked in a llittle after 3 pm and dropped off our luggage and left for a meeting and did not arrive back to our room until late evening. During the night the toilet continued to run and we had to lift the tank top and adjust the flow lever to get it to stop. There wasn't complementary shampoo and the bottle of lotion had been previously used as it was half full. The carpet looked dirty. We didn't contact anyone while there as it was late and we were there for the one night. The staff we saw were friendly.

Breakfast was almost non existent. No milk, fruit or waffle mix on most of the days of our stay. Room service was hit or miss. Thankfully the night manager was able to supply new towels. Room was not clean. Mildew in bathroom, around the tub. Comforter cover was not clean. The key has to be reset every day even if it isolated from everything, including phones etc. And the elevator is extremely slow. Pluses are it is quiet and Tasha, the night manager is extremely friendly and helpful.
